The Emerson is a wonderful place to live. It’s quiet and the staff are very welcoming. Maintenance is always so efficient and fix issues within 24 hours! They always have community events going on like they served ice cream at the pool. This is my first apartment and I’ve loved living here these past few months !

I’ve lived at the Emerson for 10 months so far and I’ve really enjoyed the experience. I have 2 pitbulls so finding renter friendly options to often banned breeds is HARD! I’ve never had an issue with my dogs there and the amenities really make me enjoy the space. Apartments are also usually sooo loud but I’ve never once had a noise problem with any of my neighbors. I really do recommend leasing with The Emerson!

i love the emerson! we have had a few issues, here though. our internet was out for like a month during finals, our air had been messed up, water in the bathroom, ants, and leaks. HOWEVER, things like the internet was not the fault of the emerson and they were quick to respond and fix the issues! they don’t have any dog restrictions, which is amazing and every apartment complex should implement! carrie, shea, and cooper are some of the best people i’ve met! they’re all so sweet and genuinely care about you. i would definitely recomend the emerson to anyone looking for an apartment with a lot of amenities for a good price!!

Staff have been nothing short of amazing, very quiet complex, clean and well kept. Very professional maintenance staff as well, and theyre always busy keeping the grounds mowed, trimmed, and looking their best. Great floor plans too!

Staff is always helpful and nice. Maintenance is completed quickly. Short drive to everything. I am in a 3 bed 3 bath and have so much room!! The amenities are great. I can’t wait for summer and pool days!!

I love the Emerson. The on site staff is so helpful and makes living there a breeze. Anytime me or my roommates have had an issue they went out of their way to fix it. I love the dog park. You can hear everything your neighbors say and do, the walls and ceilings have no soundproofing! 1-2 bedroom apts were thrown together from previously 4 bedroom apts and the workmanship is amateur. I moved to a nicer complex in bg and don’t hear my neighbors at all.

Countless issues over four months, since day one, have led me to end my lease. These apts were recently remodeled and construction was done shoddily which has led to water and other damage in many apts. Don’t live here without renters insurance and if insurance won’t cover it neither will the apt complex.

I did a short term rental at the Emerson for 7 months. During my time there, I found the staff to be very accommodating and understanding. My maintenance requests were quickly taken care of, I wasn’t charged with any unnecessary fines, and the staff members were easy to reach and friendly. Needless to say, I would still be renting at The Emerson had a better opportunity (a house with a yard) not come my way! Overall great experience. The apartments themselves are clean and well taken care of and new appliances were definitely a bonus for me!
