I like these apartments, it’s very calm , quiet & friendly neighbors . I like the amenities that the office have , especially the small golf they have that’s pretty cool I’ve never seen apartments that have that so that’s pretty nice . I like how much space the garages have and driveway .

Moving in process was very easy! The amenities are great. There's two pools and a nice gym. Neither of which are ever too busy or full of people. The overall complex is very clean and maintence is quick to respond to requests.

Nice community and residents. Still moving in and getting adjusted, but it's been really great so far. The main pool is quieter during the week with plenty of open seating. The grounds are well maintained and the waste management is prompt with frequent pickups.

I really enjoy living here at Emerson. The location is great. The apartment is nice and spacious and all/any issues that have come up have been taken care of rather quickly.

Very quiet, clean community. Never have any issues. Neighbors are quiet and polite. There’s never any litter or trash which is also nice. I love living here.

My Pod storage unit (which was kept next to my apartment) was broken into within a month of moving here, so theft is an issue. Neighbors are friendly and the kids love to hang out at the pool.

I was having a hard time trying to find a place. I couldn’t really picture myself in any apartment without finding flaws. On a random Tuesday… I came across The Emmerson Apartments. Something just told me “I need to check it out!” So I did, and right off the bat the clubhouse was just gorgeous, and then I met a staff member Sarah, and she was just so helpful and overall so kind to help me out. I asked questions, even the dumb ones. Now this is my first time getting an apartment, so I’m sure to her she had heard every question a million times before but she was reassuring and honest. I really really appreciated it! Anyways when I saw the apartment I knew I HAD to have it! And I was able to get it. Thanks to the help of Sarah dealing with my many questions, emails and phone calls. I’m just now settling in and everything is perfect. 10/10

Great place the only downfall for us is the AC unit, it doesn't get cold on the master bedroom side. Other than that great place to be love the amenities.

I love the Emerson. It’s very clean, quiet, and an overall great community. I haven’t had one issue and that’s pretty great for any apartment complex!
