Nice community and residents. Still moving in and getting adjusted, but it's been really great so far. The main pool is quieter during the week with plenty of open seating. The grounds are well maintained and the waste management is prompt with frequent pickups.

I was having a hard time trying to find a place. I couldn’t really picture myself in any apartment without finding flaws. On a random Tuesday… I came across The Emmerson Apartments. Something just told me “I need to check it out!” So I did, and right off the bat the clubhouse was just gorgeous, and then I met a staff member Sarah, and she was just so helpful and overall so kind to help me out. I asked questions, even the dumb ones. Now this is my first time getting an apartment, so I’m sure to her she had heard every question a million times before but she was reassuring and honest. I really really appreciated it! Anyways when I saw the apartment I knew I HAD to have it! And I was able to get it. Thanks to the help of Sarah dealing with my many questions, emails and phone calls. I’m just now settling in and everything is perfect. 10/10

Great place the only downfall for us is the AC unit, it doesn't get cold on the master bedroom side. Other than that great place to be love the amenities.

My experience in the condominium is very good, so far I have felt well cared for when I have requested any service. When I have had to go to the reception with a concern they have explained it to me satisfactorily and there have been no problems.

Lovely, quite family-based community. I loved living here during my lease term. Maintenance and office staff were fast and friendly with their response. I love that the staff cares about their residents and love the community building they do by bringing food trucks, ice cream and other treats for us to enjoy
