- Actual size of 2 BR apartment is 1000 sq feet or less. - Land lord does not return security deposit. - Electricity and gas bills are double than expected - Trash can is 5 minutes' walk. - No expert maintenance, landlord tries to manage maintenance when he is not trained. - Insecure, anyone can enter building. Mails are not secure, often tiny lobby where mailboxes are mounted is not enough for packages. - Old carpets which were never changed after the apartments built. - Nothing in this apartment qualifies for luxury apartment. - Landlord never replies telephone calls, no management office. He does not reply to emails to keep everything of record. All he does is verbal communication so that tenants don't have record of conversation.
