Property Ratings at The Edge
If I could give The Edge over 5 stars I absolutely would. My partner and I moved into the building in February of 2024 after relocating states and cannot say enough good things. We looked at over 15+ properties in South End with a super demanding list of needs and this place was totally the winner. Location is within walking distance to all the fun without being right on top of the action (so it’s so peaceful at night), the leasing team (shout out to Audrey C) is so helpful, the facilities are spotless and well kept, the amenities are excellent, resident events are always fun, and maintenance is extremely responsive. We look forward to re-signing next year! We love The Edge!

I love my apartment at The Edge! The floor plan is very spacious, amenities are great, and the staff members are so nice and helpful. It’s a great post grad location, but good for people who enjoy a more quiet living environment compared to some other areas of South End.

I absolutely fell in love with this place. Incredible amenities, perfect location, extremely attentive office staff, and all around very welcoming environment. Anyone looking to move to Charlotte would be lucky to live here!
Marsh properties have started construction right across the street of another apartments. Constructions works start at 5-6 am. So all those who want to live at construction site are welcome! Company doesnt care about people living around OR their own renters!
