      New building is amazing if they had a pool table and sauna/steam room i would never move out until I buy my own property/house great building and staff

      We LOVE living at The Eden. We have been here for a little over two weeks and there is not one thing we would change. The amenities are plentiful, the team is accommodating, our apartment is gorgeous and the layout is thoughtful. We moved from a similar complex across the street and did not realize how much we were missing! The Eden has it all… don’t even get me started on the gym and pool area! We can not say enough good words about The Eden.

      The Eden DTLA is a new property located in a quieter area of south downtown in the Fashion District. The leasing consultants (Ruben and Darius) are super professional, responsive, and helpful!
