Rocklin, California sits just 21 miles northeast of Sacramento along I-80. This busy city is more than a suburb -- it is home to Sierra College and William Jessup University. It is filled with shopping plazas, such as the large Blue Oaks Town Center, and a section of Granite Drive is known as "Toy Row." (These toys are for grown-ups -- such as RVs and boats.) Rocklin is directly north of Roseville and residents enjoy easy access to Westfield Galleria at Roseville, providing even more shopping.
You'll enjoy fantastic mountain views when you move to a Rocklin apartment -- the city is surrounded by the Sierra Nevada Mountains and the Sutter-Butte mountain range. Quarry Park features hiking trails and an amphitheater where concerts are often held.
Rocklin has a secret -- the Secret Ravine, that is, which played a large role during the California Gold Rush. Later, Rocklin became a major granite-mining town -- be sure to take some of the Quarry History Tours after moving to Rocklin.

Love where I live! Maintenance isn’t the best but new Maintenance supervisor is amazing! To get anything done make sure to reach out to Deedee. She is the only competent one in the office her customer service is amazing and cares for the residents, she is knowledgeable and gets things done. She is fair firm and transparent.
They change the office hours without telling renters They take breaks whenever they want they are supposed to be open 8 am but have now changed it to 10 and even when I have gone down at 10 they’ll put the be back at 12 sign up they don’t pick up phones or do maintenance of any kind and if they do it’ll be fixed 6 plus months later from my own experience as well as if you need to reschedule a safety precaution like them checking the fire alarms they never reach back out to you even if you have tried multiple times This management is even worse then the one before
Property Managers changed a year ago and it went down hill. They are moving people in from high crime areas with bad results. Pool area filthy, maintenance horrible, grounds dirty, overflowing dumpsters. Gang bangers, theft, vandalism, cops on site weekly. They are using fake 5 star reviews put up by managers to cover it all up.
