The Duvall

It was a rather complicated process to stay in touch with someone. I had to call multiple times just for them to tell me that something was not done and then had to call multiple more times to make sure everything was being handled correctly. Once I got someone on the phone they were helpful and nice.

I love living at the Duvall. It has been a good experience thus far, my only issue would be that packages have to be sent to fetch which is an inconvenience to me and receiving packages on time. I have to wait for my package to be scanned in before it can even be scheduled for delivery whereas every other apartment I have lived at, my packages get sent directly to me.

Just moved in to the apartment complex. The staff was really helpful with the whole process, especially since I was also in the process of changing school from Kansas to here it Texas.

I am new to the community but it is everything I've looked for. It is clean and quiet and the amenities are amazing! Marlena, the property manager, and her staff have provided excellent customer service through out the entire process. I couldn't ask for more! I just love it here.

Great and helpful staff, especially, Chelesa and Marleen the Office Manageras well as Maintenance, all the staff are kind and helpful. Clean and quiet environment. I am enjoying my stay so far so good.

I am new to the community but I just love it here. Everything from the cleanliness to the amenities to the energy of the people I've met along the way. It feels good to call this place home.

We have lived at The Duvall for a year and love it. The location is perfect, this area has so much to offer especially for families who are relocating to the Dallas area.

So far with moving here it has been nothing but amazing. A few mishaps but nothing that can’t be fixed. We truly are so excited to be living here.

Great place to live! The management listens and cares about what’s happening in their community. The community is quiet and the inside of the units and up to date and well taken care of.

The Duvall apartments are an Excellent place to live. Duvall has a nice community and always provides community celebrations. Duvall is very clean, quiet, has lots of amenities and safe...a great place to call home.

Major upgrade from where we used to live! It is peaceful and I love that management is always on alert about drug use on the property. It doesn’t smell of weed like others! They crack down and will even threaten with eviction if there is smoking in the apartment! Great place if you have kids! It’s a nice oasis for homebodies like us! Elevators are a plus! And they have options for you to have a yard!!! The only con I have is the material they used to build the complex. It is cheap material. But other than that, it’s great!

The walls are paper thin and the neighbors play their music excessively loud. The location is convenient and the staff is friendly. It’s unfortunate that it takes extremely long for gates repaired. The unit itself is nice and comfortable. I won’t renew my lease.

I’ve lived here for a year and it’s been great! The closets are spacious and there’s plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen for all my appliances. I love the lazy river and other amenities. Maintenance is always quick to support when needed. My only complaint is if you come home after dinner time on a week day there’s no parking to be found within the gated area.

I love the community, and everyone is the office is friendly. When I make service request maintenance comes promptly. Great property and safe place to live!

The apartment complex very peaceful, relaxing, and quiet plus the office staff are super friendly and easy to talk to. I think I’m gonna enjoy living here.

Everything has been pretty good since moving in last September! The only complaints we have is the pet messes and smell in the elevator, and the fact that the parking lot gate seems to always be having issues/ is left open quite a bit. The storm doors in the hallways could also stand to be fixed so they don't slam and make a ton of noise all the time, but we've gotten used to it at this point.

So far so good. I did have a hiccup with my car getting towed but it was fixed promptly and the staff is very nice. My questions are always answered thoroughly as well.

Very nice property. The apartments are spacious and they have big windows in every room providing an abundance of natural light. I would highly recommend.

The apartments are spacious and well-maintained. The hallways are spotless, and the security measures are top-notch. The move-in process was smooth and stress-free. The elevator access is a convenient feature, and the leasing office staff is incredibly polite and understanding.

We really enjoy how spacious and beautiful our apartment is. We want to buy a house soon but for now we will stay another year. They offer great amenities and even have a small area for our fur baby. Very close to work and lots of things to do in the area

I've loved being here so far! The building is so quiet, it almost seems as if I'm the only one living here. Haven't had any issues with the apartment and the community areas are beautiful!

Clean and quiet, love the gym! Parking is nice because there are enough space for everybody. Management is doing outstanding job helping people resolve problems!

Living at Duvall Apartment Community has been an exceptional experience! From the moment I moved in, the management team has been incredibly friendly and responsive. The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with modern amenities. The community is quiet, safe, and conveniently located near shopping and dining options. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff genuinely cares about the residents’ comfort. I highly recommend Duvall for anyone looking for a great place to call home!

Nice apartment just a tad expensive but overall nice! The hallways are always clean! just wish they picked up trash on Fridays and Saturdays also.

Best property selection that I ever made! The staff here is very professional and helpful! I have lease several apartments in Grand Prairie and never felt sob blessed! Love it here..

The move in process was great. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The apartment was move in ready and beautiful. These apartments are very secure and make me feel safe.

Everything seems to be nice so far, the move in process was seamless. The office staff is helpful and courteous. I look forward to enjoying the community.

Very nice community. I wish the walls were little bit thicker. You can definitely hear your neighbors if they are loud and have no noise control.

I really love the apartment, however at my appointment I was promised a Keurig and I never got it instead they gave me a ring doorbell which I don't need. The staff didn't explain to me how to use my thermostat and the maintenance comes into your unit to do a work order and don't explain to you what the problem is.

The Duvall has wonderful amenities and I love how quiet and well maintained it is. The controlled access makes me feel like my mail and packages are prioritized and respected. Not to mention my personal safety. It’s needless to say that I’ll definitely be staying for awhile.

I moved on 08/27/24 and I’m happy with my choice. The community is clean. I was able to get a Starbucks coffee at 4 am before I went to work, I really like this option. I can’t wait to try the pool

Great Move, easy and simple. Christine and Melissa were great with helping with movers and making sure everything was up to date with my account and apartment. Tonique helped make the leasing experience easy.

I just moved in 3 weeks ago and haven’t been here long enough to provide a thorough review, but the location is great. The sunrise views are amazing!

The community is newly built, offering a quiet and peaceful environment. It is very close to IKEA, Target, Home Depot, and lots of restaurants. Melissa, the leasing expert, has been incredibly professional, friendly, and thoughtful throughout the process. The signing and move-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Duvall so far!

These are new & clean apartments. Small hiccups in move-in process due to staff turnover pbut nothing major. Maintenance is fast and staff friendly

The complex is beautiful & the staff - especially Christine & Melissa - are great, don't get me wrong. However, it was new when I got here & they've recently filled up, which has changed the ambiance in my building a bit. Epic is a great area though, so I encourage persons looking for a new place to live, to give it a try!

I just moved in last week and experienced a water crisis city wide. The apartments handled it beautifully. Made sure we were updated and gave us water. Thank you for making it a smooth experience.

I have never lived in a community as good as this one! Very peaceful and management is absolutely amazing! The moving in transition was smooth and easy. I feel very safe and comfortable in my own home!

Definitely very welcoming would recommend to live here the leasing agents were so helpful and friendly they made sure to keep us informed on the lease they made sure we had toured prior to us leasing, love this property by far the best one I’ve stayed at yet

Great apartment, quiet, clean and nice amenties. Really like the breeze way by the apartments is cleaned. My apartment itself is perfect , really love the kitchen.

Great amenities and even better apartments! Now this is luxury living! The lazy river is a plus for these hot summer days. Can’t wait to start exploring our new home in Texas!

Love my experience here thus far. We feel safe, it's quiet and inviting along with the fact we love our patio. The natural light is to die for every day.

The reason I gave three stars is because the elevator continues to be down in our building. Other than that l love staying here. The staff is great and holds tenants accountable for following policies.

The staff here is Excellent. They go beyond their job description to take care of their residents. The community is very friendly and the grounds are immaculate as well as having beautiful apartments....

Good so far, just one person plays loud music after midnight that is loud. Other than that it has been pretty good and the pool is perfects.

Living at The Duvall this last month has been great! The gym, pool, dog park and other amenities are always clean and ready to enjoy! The front staff is always helpful and informative, I couldn’t recommend a better place to call home!
