I am very happy with the community at the Drake. I have met a lot of people who have all been very friendly. Staff is friendly and helpful as well

I absolutely love it here. It's the perfect amount of city and country. Plus, the staff is so helpful and friendly. In addition, I love that I have so much space for all my treasures. There aren't very many 1-bedroom apartments that have this much storage space. Chef's kiss

A beautiful campus with a very helpful staff. Going a step beyond, The Drake has designed a lovely campus for its community. The staff is easy to contact and receive assistance when needed. Those are two important aspects for me.

Such a great place to be and very peaceful place to live! So many options of things to do within just walking areas of the complex. I will definitely recommend people to live here!

I have been at the Drake coming up 2 months and it’s been amazing. I enjoy the peacefulness and cleanliness. The people here are very friendly. I’ve never felt more at home.

I have loved everything about living at The Drake. They do monthly events, bring in food trucks and coffee trucks, the staff is always out and about, the maintenance team is timely and professional, and the environment is amazing. I never want to leave!!!

Love living at the Drake. The amenities are wonderful. And I can’t say enough about the maintenance crew- always keeping the grounds clean and making sure we have what we need!

The breezeways are not kept clean at all. The grass has died out in the back of the complex. The pool bathrooms are not cleaned over the weekend.

I love living at The Drake. The apartments are spacious and cozy. The balcony is my favorite because it’s so big. I love the amenities. It’s a safe and calm place to live. I have lived here for two years now.

The administration here is AMAZING. Any concerns are taken care of promptly and the complex is always properly maintained. It’s been wonderful living here!

My husband and I were focused on finding the perfect apartment for our two dogs with all the amenities AND staying in the budget. The Drake has provided us all of that! All the workers here have been nothing short of amazing. They are so fast to problem solve and are SO nice. We really love it here!

I have been very pleased with my residency here. I have met some nice people in the community and management has been extremely helpful in getting settled on the right foot. Maintainence requests have been met with enthusiasm quickness and effiiciency.

Wish neighbors upstairs would walk more normal. Constantly hearing them moving stuff around and maybe stomp walking or something. Walls and floors seem so thin. Can hear people talk and laugh outside.

We moved from out of state a month ago. Office staff were terrific and helped with the transition. The apartment is lovely and we love the area to walk!

Maintenance is great, the grounds are kept neat and clean, it’s mostly quiet. The only real issue is parking- good luck getting a spot anywhere near your apartment!

A great place to live. Thankful for the BEST office staff and maintenance people in Bowling Green. There are so many amenities on grounds, and two dog parks for your doggie friends!!

I am very happy with everything about my drake experience except the front gate being broken all of the time. The ground are kept very nice, the staff are all great, it’s quiet and comfortable here.

We LOVE the Drake!! We knew the Drake would be our home from the second we toured a room. All of the clubhouse staff are so helpful and caring, and the maintenance staff is amazing!!! There are so many great amenities that come with living at the Drake- we never want to leave! The cherry on top is that they do a monthly -sometimes twice a month- event like bringing a food truck to the clubhouse, giving away mums during fall, movie nights by the pool in the summer, or setting up snacks in the clubhouse. We LOVE this place and do not have any plans of leaving any time soon!

Everyone in the office, maintenance, etc. is always so nice and helpful! I love the amount of storage the kitchen has, the in-house washer and dryer, and the space in the shower!

Love it here! Very quiet, tons of amenities, we couldn't ask for a better place to call home. Plus you can't beat a Starbucks coffee machine on tap 24 hours!

We’ve been at The Drake for about 5 years and love it for the most part. Maintenance is great, the grounds are kept very clean, and management is responsive. It’s also a very dog-friendly neighborhood, which we love! Our only wish is that there was better soundproofing; our new upstairs neighbor is very loud!

I love the fact that you can put a maintenance request in at any time of the day or night and the response is almost immediate during the day when it comes to the maintenance team fixing the issue.

We’ve been here 17 months now, and are very happy. Our building neighbors are quiet and polite. The staff are wonderful! We weren’t needing a pool or exercise room anyway, so the small ones here aren’t an issue for us. (We are at the smaller of the two related properties.) The amenities at the much larger complex are great! My sister lives in that section and is very happy there, too.

It’s been awesome! Very friendly neighbors and the management have been nothing but very helpful. Great place to live and highly recommend anyone to move here!

Staff are efficient and super friendly. Complex is so pretty with green space and beautiful landscaping. Mu favorite area is the quad, with the lights and firepits.

So far my experience at the drake has been great! I have always been iffy on apartment living but the drake makes it a nice a friendly experience.

Nice facilities. I love the amenities such as the Starbucks machine, pool, dog play areas, and the walking trail. There is also a really cool area to wash you dog.

The Drake apartments is run by very kind and attentive individuals. The complex is clean and quiet while also catering to anyone wanting to have fun and relax by the pool and bon fires.

We have no complaints this far! After only living here for a week, we are so happy we chose the Drake. The one issue we mentioned on our move-in inspection was taken care the day after we turned in the paper. Great environment!
