I’ve been staying here for about two months and I have no complaints. The staff is super helpful. Complete understanding the events are out of this world. There’s always something fun to do beautiful swimming pool and it’s close to everything in Denver walking distance.
Love love love the Dorsey and all it has to offer. All of the neighbors on site are awesome and there’s a variety of stuff usually going on in the neighborhood that you were able to go to.

The management is unresponsive to my inquiries I've been unable to get into the gym And been disrespected by other residents The hallways smell like urine.I am very displeased People throw parties at all hours of the night I've gotten trapped in the elevator
Leasing is very nice and helpful! They are often at the front desk throughout the day. Virtual fob is easy/convenient. The fitness center is really nice as well. Only slight issue was that floors and parts of apartment were dirty/stained when I moved in and one drawer had maintenance items in it but I was able to report the blemishes on a form.

We have moved in a week ago and everyone has been really helpful. The amenities are really nice. Not a huge fan of the package delivery being Fetch since it kinda defeats the purpose of amazon prime and other fast carriers. There are a lot of apps that can be confusing as well.

Everything about The Dorsey makes it a wonderful community to live in. The amenities are well taken care of, the front desk is incredibly responsive, the community events are amazing, and maintenance responds promptly. The apartment has been a great place to live. The staff is friendly and generally attentive to maintenance concerns. The complex also hosts community events that are fun and allow tenants to know their neighbors.

Was able to move into my apartment with ease, was shown around the property by the staff, Chisa is amazing and I am so glad I chose this as my new home. A wonderful place to call home. Great atmosphere very clean and always smells great. The staff are amazing always so polite and very respectful. It’s always great to know that the community comes together for laughter finds good food and great energy.

Been here 6 months now and I've had absolutely no problems. All issues get solved on time. The leasing staff are all attentive and take ownership. I've had good support over email and calls. In 6 months I've only seen one issue of the garage door and dirt around it. But even that was only for a few days. The security is good. Wish it was 7 days a week.

I love living at the Dorsey! There are so many fun community events and the staff really cares for you. There have been a few issues with the garage door and elevators but mostly smooth sailing.
