Living at The Dorsey has been an incredible experience, and a huge part of that is thanks to Rafael and his work as the Lifestyle Director. He is amazingly creative with the events he plans—there’s always something happening weekly, monthly, and throughout the year that truly brings the community together. Wonderful amenities, finishes in the apartment. Move-in was successful. Happy to be living here. Staff seem friendly and helpful. Way too many apps to download. Would be great to simplify.
The building is great of course, but the staff here is incredible and that’s what makes the biggest impact on my experience.

Everything about The Dorsey makes it a wonderful community to live in. The amenities are well taken care of, the front desk is incredibly responsive, the community events are amazing, and maintenance responds promptly. Was able to move into my apartment with ease, was shown around the property by the staff, Chisa is amazing and I am so glad I chose this as my new home. A wonderful place to call home. Great atmosphere very clean and always smells great. The staff are amazing always so polite and very respectful. It’s always great to know that the community comes together for laughter finds good food and great energy.

Been here 6 months now and I've had absolutely no problems. All issues get solved on time. The leasing staff are all attentive and take ownership. I've had good support over email and calls. In 6 months I've only seen one issue of the garage door and dirt around it. But even that was only for a few days. The security is good. Wish it was 7 days a week.

Great staff. Maintenance gets everything done quickly and efficiently. Also a fan that they do events often. Wish parking garage gate was fixed a bit quicker

I love living at the Dorsey! There are so many fun community events and the staff really cares for you. There have been a few issues with the garage door and elevators but mostly smooth sailing.

Overall great apartments and staff. A bit pricey for the area, but feel safe and at home. Love being on the cusp of downtown with a neighborhood vibe.

All I want from my building is to not be spammed by endless ChatGPT written marketing emails, yet the "Lifestyle Director" can't opt me out and the building manager doesn't know how to help me. I shouldn't have to block an email address that also sends building updates. This is what you have to look forward to by renting at The Spammey.

Great apartments, amazing people and events! I've been living at The Dorsey for 7 months now, and it has been an exceptional experience from day one. First and foremost, a huge shoutout to the leasing agents, Chisa, Autumn and Sarah. From the moment we expressed interest in The Dorsey, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and valued. They made the leasing process smooth and stress-free. It felt like we were already part of the community before we even signed the lease, thanks to their warm and accommodating approach. Heather, the admin, deserves special recognition for her constant dedication to the residents. She is always attentive to our needs and consistently goes the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. The highlight of living at The Dorsey, however, has to be the events organized by Rafael. From Bingo nights to game nights, every event feels like a friend’s gathering. He always goes above and beyond to make every single event stand out.

Great place to live. The amenities are great. Nice neighborhood. Heated pool year round,gym dog wash station. You do have to pay for parking in the garage

I have been in this building for the last six (6) months since just after it opened and it has been an absolute dream. The building is beautifully built and maintained, the staff has been nothing short of understanding and amazing with the continuous community events and positive vibes and Chisa made the leasing experience (which is normally a nightmare) please and has now made my transfer to a larger unit painless. Even things as simple as the elevators not taking 3 years to arrive makes it an easy going, calming experience. I actually look forward to coming home instead of dreading what debacle I’ll be facing now. No community or complex will ever be perfect but this has easily been the best apartment community I have resided at in Denver.
