I loved my experience at the Dillon. The staff was great, maintenance was great, neighbors were great, amenities were great, but the thing I hated the most is when neighbors had guests over that would mess with decorations of mine outside my door as well as others. So much so that I had to get a ring camera. It was repeatedly happening even after staff addressed it. The upstairs neighbors are so loud as well, even though I asked them to please be quiet especially when it’s hitting midnight.

Cameron and the rest of the leasing staff pushed The Dillon over the edge for us. We had one day to find an apartment and the Dillon won out. Location combined with watching Cameron interact with the residents. I watched as Cameron called each resident by name, petting their dogs, and making them feel like they are the only people that mattered. The Dillon is defiantly the best apartment community that we could have hoped to find.

I moved in about 3.5 weeks ago, and I honestly love it here. Not only is everyone super friendly (both staff and neighbors), but there are so many places conveniently located nearby for groceries, restaurants, bars, parks..etc. The amenities in The Dillon are a huge plus, I love that they have community events that bring all of us in the building together. I love how pet-friendly The Dillon is as well. I’m trying to get my sisters to move in to the building! It’s been a great experience and I’m happy to be here.

The apartments and amenities are great. Construction is loud though which is temporary. Fire trucks are loud. And it gets pretty loud on Fridays and Saturdays when people are partying.

So far, so good. The place has been quieter than expected, given the proximity to the train tracks and street noise. It helps that I'm in a unit facing the pool and not on the outer loop of the building.

My experience at the Dillon has been very positive. Great amenities, and good people - staff and residents. Only qualm is maintenance clean up after service can be a little messy, but nothing I can't easily take care of. Overall, I'm very happy here.

love it - the staff is amazing and the people have all been so welcoming and friendly! I'm obsessed with the windows in my apartment, the built ins, and high ceiling! My favorite things so far have been the pool party, playing games in the community room, the gym with a view, and the north building patio!

It has a great location with a great staff! The apartments are well built and they have a good layout. It's also really nice because you don't hear a lot of people above you. It's a solid building. The only downside is that the elevators tend to break down.

Love it here

I am a new resident at the Dillon and Danielle in the office has been so helpful getting me set up. I had a couple complications in my application process and she was more than happy to help with everything. Paperwork came through quickly, the property is beautiful, location feels good. The Dillon is conveniently located in a vibrant part of downtown Raleigh with easy access to the best that the city has to offer. It's upscale and offers plenty of amenities (lounge, fitness center, etc.) to make the resident experience enjoyable. The one downside is the noise - the train horn, construction, vehicles and noise from the unit above. Technically, some of these are dependent on what building or which unit in the building you're located in. And I can only speak on my experience. But regardless it's severe.

FAN-TAS-TIC BUILDING, TEAM, & LOCATION

We moved to the Dillon almost three months ago and the experience has been wonderful. I love the aesthetic of the building and how they incorporated the old Dillon Supply Building into the new construction. Amenities are great and we appreciate the activities that the team plans for its residents! I love my apartment and the features. Shout out to the team in leasing! Excellent floor-plans, awesome amenities, friendly staff, great location

My fiancé and I moved to the Dillon about a month ago from Denver, and we really love the space. Their two bedroom floor plan was well planned and utilizes every square foot without waste. Having two bathrooms each with double vanities is such a luxury, and the soaking tub is wonderful. We have a sunny, outward facing apartment with a relatively nice view. Fair word of warning though, it can be loud outside sometimes (there is a fire station nearby), but that is part of the charm of living downtown. The amenities including the saltwater pool, game/billiards room, gym, and roof top desk are great. And who doesn’t like free coffee? The only other amenities that I wish were offered were a few more weight machines and perhaps a dog run. The complex is otherwise pet friendly, with treats near the front door and a great pet of the month program. If you are looking for a luxury apartment in downtown Raleigh, I would highly recommend checking out the Dillon. With its central location near shops, boutiques, and restaurants it is perfect for anyone urban living.

Excellent Community, Beautiful Building, Amazing Amenities

I cannot say enough good things about my time living at The Dillon. It is perfectly situated in the Warehouse District in downtown Raleigh, with close access to delicious restaurants (Oak Steakhouse, Oku, Barcelona, The Pit, Morgan Street Food Hall, etc.), great coffee shops (Heirloom, Morning Times), and a grocery store right across the street (Weaver Street Market). The building itself is clean, accessible, and easy to navigate. Plus, it has amazing amenities like a pool, enormous gym, connected parking garage, a lounge, business center, a mailroom, and a huge outdoor deck with some of the best views of downtown Raleigh. Lastly, the leasing office team at The Dillon are beyond helpful, super professional, and always looking to bring the community together with fun events. They work extremely hard and work quickly to solve any challenges. I highly recommend living at The Dillon for anyone looking for a comfortable, fun, and welcoming place to live in Raleigh!

Amazing Staff and Amenities

I have been living in the Dillon for 18 months now and I loved every minute of it. The location is amazing. Everyone knows where you live if you say the Dillon. Great restaurants and bars right outside your door. Even have weaver street market for groceries so you do not even need a car. The apartment is extremely pet friendly and there is always treats downstairs for them. The dog washing area is extremely helpful with keeping my huskies clean as opposed to using my own shower/bathroom to groom. The staff is super friendly and always available to help you with whatever you need. They are also extremely great with my dogs and give them lots of love. Service requests are always handled very quickly and staff is very responsive to email if you have any questions. The community events are also extremely fun. We have had wine tastings/pool parties/Xmas parties, and many other cool events since I have been here. The common areas are always kept clean and there are many places to work in the building if you want to get out of room.

The apartments at The Dillon are very clean, open, and bright. I love my apartment because it's very high end and well-designed. Not only are there plenty of amenities provided by The Dillion, there are so many great options for shops and restaurants around the area downtown. A charming way to live in Raleigh

This has been a perfect setting to wait out the Pandemic—elegant apt with wall-to-floor windows overlooking the active warehouse district, the charm of trains coming and going throughout the day, high ceilings on the top floor (even in the bathroom), happy dogs all around, and a grocery store right across the street. The staff absolutely goes the extra mile to make the building home for us.

Great apartments!

Very nice apartment with accommodating staff

The apartments are very nice and located extremely conveniently downtown. I was shown around by a woman named Sarena who was very kind and attentive. This is my first apartment, and I find it to be very comfortable. The shower pressure could be stronger, but that's all.

Amazing Views, Staff and Concierge!

I have been at the Dillon since May of 2021 and it has truly been a magical experience. Between the leasing team, maintenance staff, and concierge I feel like all my questions and requests are understood and taken care of in a timely manner. Best apartments in downtown Raleigh.

I lived in downtown Raleigh for over 9 years in the same apartment, and the leasing agents at The Dillon made my transition into a new one easy, smooth, and stress free. I’ve been living in the building for almost a year, and I just renewed my lease because I can’t imagine living anywhere else. They have been wonderful to work with, always greet my dog with treats and a smile, and they make this community feel like home. 10/10 would recommend!

What a spectacular place to live

Our time at The Dillon has been nothing short of an amazing experience. Between the excellent staff who are always on point, The awesome community events, the amenities, and the gorgeous apartments You can’t beat it. The location is perfect if your trying to live downtown in Raleigh. The apartments are all sound proof so you never hear your neighbors or unwanted noise. AND THE ROOFTOP!
