My experience so far has been truly amazing! The staff and maintenance team are all truly impeccable. The security is also an added bonus I didn't know I needed! My neighbors are friendly and helpful. And this property is kept in exceptional condition! It has been truly amazing and I know I made the right choice for my children and I.
The crossings is my very first apartment ever and I moved from North Florida. It has been a great experience overall, everything is in great condition, the landscaping is really nice as well as the amenities. The staff is very easy to work with and helped to make a smooth move in for me and my Roomate. 10/10 recommend!

The Crossings is a very pretty property, and I have seen the Live-Work units and they are a very different thing in apt living. The apts. are great. We love the tall ceilings and the stand-up shower. The Crossings has numerous different floor plans, and we like that when choosing a home. We love it here!

I have been a tenant since July and I can say management is doing a great job. They are attentive, accommodating, and respond on time. I moved in a couple of weeks ago & I absolutely love the community. Even though it’s not yet complete, it’s the nicest complex I’ve ever lived in & I can’t wait to see the finished product. The Crossings is a great new community to live. It is right off the interstate, so very easy access. Also, just across the interstate from the new Tanger Outlet that is about to open. My wife loves that. The Crossings is a beautiful apt community.
