Understandably there were some challenges when we 1st applied for an apartment. It took several months but in the end we are very satisfied with what we have. After our initial application there was an expected turnover in office staff which resulted in a lot of poor communication and delays in processing of paperwork. Once the new staff was on board the process has been very smooth and the staff has been very professional and prompt. My wife and I are looking forward to a long, enjoyable stay.

I applied for this apartment 7 months ago with my partner. We were going to get two bedrooms and two baths but we decided to switch and we notified someone named Victoria about the situation. They said they would switch it. I got an email trying to confirm we still wanted the bedrooms and bathrooms if so respond to the email. I did not respond as we changed our minds and got it confirmed with Victoria. A month later we emailed Victoria to confirm if we still are on hold for a one-bath and one-bedroom apartment. She told us that since we did not respond to the email we got off the waiting list. We let her know I got an email for the 2 bath and 2 rooms, instead of 1 bath and 1 room. She said she would fix it but would have to re-apply. We reapplied and waited for a couple more months but received no update. We emailed once again about what was going on and come to find out the person doing our application had quit and deleted all the applications they received. At this point, I started to get frustrated. We reapply once again and continue to wait. We get a new person doing our application and we scheduled a meeting. She said we had to fill out one more application and we would need to get our pay stubs. She said next week we could come on Wednesday to turn in our pay stubs. Two days later she emails me requesting when I would like to come in to turn in the pay stubs. I too her Wednesday like she said but what time she would prefer? I get no response. Wednesday comes by and I got no response. At this point, I'm upset hoping she would be there in the office and see if there was going to be any apology for not responding. I head into the office with my partner. A different individual asked us who we were waiting for and explained our situation. She apologized and let us know that the female doing our application went on vacation. That was frustrating to hear from someone else that the person I was waiting for an email from went on vacation. We started to fill out more forms with the other female and she apologized for the inconvenience. After filling out everything we waited another week. Turns out we got rejected because we made “too much”. I waited 7 months for nothing. Don't waste your time here.

This place denied my application due to bad credit which is just a joke how do you get denied from a low income housing with bad credit?It makes no sense there denial letter doesnt even have a bad credit optition they had to type it in there self not only that but they approved my application when i had worst credit a month ago last time i got denied because a issue with income but they said i could apply in 30 days now there saying i cant intill 60 days now pretty messed i was already approved for a different low income apartment but liked this one because it had a garage so i have no idea why there being so difficult i think there just taking this personally.

So I’ve been trying to get someone to message me back or return my voicemail, return an email or just answer the phone but I haven’t talked to a real person once yet. I actually went to the leasing office and the doors are locked and they won’t answer the door unless you have an appointment but I’m not sure how to get one if I can’t get an answer back. Apparently they aren’t taking any more applications so I’m not sure why they are on this website if they aren’t available. Kinda frustrating..

All my paperwork has been submitted and for weeks now their website says under review. Not one word from anyone. How many people out there are left in the dark. E mail and phone msgs go unanswered. I did get one e mail stating unless u filled out the old adobe application app. I probably won’t get selected for a unit. I think this was offered last may for a very short time.
