The Cottages at Woodmen Heights

Fairly quiet and every issue I had was dealt with quickly. The easy access to woodmen and tutt is a huge bonus for me, making it fairly simple to go to work or run errands.

it's been a good first couple days, all of me neighbors are super nice and respectful overall I have no complaints. I have really enjoyed it so far

It’s been almost a hear that I have lived here and I can’t say enough great things about The Cottages at Woodmen Heights. The staff the landscape the units, everything is wonderful! I highly recommend living here.

Moving into our new home has been such a great experience. The space is modern, well-designed, and feels like the perfect blend of comfort and functionality. The layout gives us the privacy we want while still feeling open and inviting. The community has been equally wonderful, friendly neighbors, well-kept surroundings, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to feel at home right away. We’re close to local shops, parks, and everything we need, which makes daily life convenient and enjoyable. It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking for a place that feels welcoming, well-maintained, and part of a great neighborhood.

Love living here! It’s quiet and a beautiful community! Love my unit and the view I have from my place! The dog park is great! Only one thing: is people need to seriously pick up for their dogs but overall it’s a good community! With great amenities and maintenance is great they’re quick at responding to anything you need fixed or repaired!

I love it. The maintenance is spectacular. The people in the office, maintenance, and more are excellent and very friendly, willing to help resolve problems as quickly as possible.

Staff are great, maintance is great. Parking is hit or miss but to be expected in this type of living environment. We're very happy with the place we call home.

The community is great. The layout is beautiful and the apartments are designed very well. I love the amenities, and walking around seeing the people here, it feels more like a community than any other apartment complex I've lived in.

Love it here. All my neighbors are chill. Its a quiet safe neighborhood. Pool, spa, gym. Its a great place to live. There is a king soopers near by as well as a Walmart. Plenty of restaurants. If you want a safe neighborhood thst is stress free, this is the place.

It’s been a real positive experience living hear. I haven’t had any real issues and if any issues do arise they’re minor and are solved in a timely manner.it makes it easy coming home with all the other stuff I deal with on a daily basis.

I love my stay at my new house such a great place to live with your little family love the pool park and that's they have a dog washing station and a little park for the dogs

I've lived here for a few months and can say this is one of the best properties that I have lived on. The staff is really helpful and kind and the property is always well kept. There are some issues with people not picking up dog poop in the park but others will go behind and clean the dog park for everyone's use. I live on a top unit and can say I seldom here my neighbor's blasting music or any other loud noises. The same goes for my neighbors with the noise that I create. With every new build there are some issues with getting packages delivered to the correct address but hopefully over time that will improve. Overall I highly recommend this property.

The approval process was a easy and quick. Jeffrey and Rhylie answered all of our questions and were very quick to respond. We moved in a few days ago to the 2 bedroom smaller living room, so far we love it. It's been very quiet. Plenty of parking spaces. Mailboxes, weightroom and pool are a short walking distance away. The property is new so grounds are maintained.

Love the community! Nice and quiet yet still has activities to either attend or do. Super dog friendly which is always a plus! Every one I have met has been friendly as well! Leasing office has also been super helpful.

Since day 1 in the leasing office with Rhylie, I knew that I would love it here. The community is clean and everyone is friendly. Jeffrey (the community manager) takes pride in ensuring the community is up to the highest standards. Deacon and DJ (maintenance crew) are absolutely wonderful. They've promptly resolved any issues I've had with the new build. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean and quiet community.

Great move in process. I came from out of state and Jeffery showed me a virtual tour of the unit. Rhylie provided a seamless move in experience. My dogs love the dog park. I’m glad we moved here!

I have loved at the Cottages since October 2024 and I love it here. The staff is always so nice, the grounds are beautiful, and I love the layout of my unit. I highly recommend renting from The Cottages at Woodmen Heights.

I recently moved into this place a few days ago and so far, the experience has been positive. The location/neighborhood is quiet, lively, and convenient, with nearby amenities like grocery stores, parks, coffee shops for the coffee lovers as well as trails with beautiful scenic views. The unit itself is modern/spacious/cozy, and I was especially impressed by the natural lighting, appliances, layout, and how easy it is to access everything. The move-in process was smooth, and management has been very responsive and helpful whenever I've needed assistance. Overall, I'm very satisfied and still adjusting with the move and looking forward to settling in as well as exploring the area, making it feel like home

Love, I love the look of all the homes and the way that it is set up. I am excited to be a new resident in the community and so are my pups!

Very quiet place. You don’t hear Woodmen and it’s far enough from the chaos that is Colorado Springs. The team here are amazing! Jeffery helped us amazingly during our application process and continues to help after we moved in. The Maintenance team here are the best. They always get the work orders done same day and always answers our questions about our unit. Very professional and extremely nice!

Great area and neighborhood. Staff is always very helpful. Very excited for the dog wash and pool to be opened. I'm happy in my home and couldn't wish for anything better!

No issues. Leasing office was great! The house is great aside from some minor things! My kids love the park and can’t wait for the pool to open !

I love it here! The only thing is the dog poop bugs me. My neighbor is super friendly and the leasing office is so kind even when we have to bug them

Love the community, and how quiet it is. Everybody has been very friendly and love that the managers and electricians are understanding and continue to help us while we try to get settled in our new place.

Can't say enough good things about the Cottages, me and my wife are new to Colorado and we were coming into this state and community unsure of how it where we would even begin, and I feel we chose the best new home to live in, great view of the mountains and an amazing office staff, this is hands down the best place to live

It has been great! From the tour throughout the entire leasing process to after we moved in. Everyone has been extremely helpful and nice. Whenever we’ve had a question or even the smallest of issues they helped right away!

Second day staying here, but I am loving the place. The move in was simple and the staff were friendly and welcoming! Everything is new and looks fresh and clean. So far everything is working as it should, and feels so spacey and neat. We even got to meet our upstairs neighbor, who is very friendly and considerate. All in all, I am pleasantly surprised and enjoying my stay here!

the process was easy considering we came from florida to colorado and so far, almost a month into our stay here everything has been beautiful and everyone has been so friendly

Beautiful units, cottage concept is a wonderful option to traditional apartments. A well planned out and inviting community with nicely laid out sidewalks and streets. Management is very responsive as are the maintenance staff.

I love it. The staff is very friendly, and the location is perfect. I loved that they clean it up so quickly when it snows. I hope they keep it up. I love it so much.

So far, it's been really good! Very helpful staff! I have had no issues and the community is very quiet and people seem very friendly. Excited for the pool!
