Living at The Cottages at Watercress has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. The walls are paper thin—you can hear everything—and despite just going about your daily life, you’ll constantly get banging on your walls from rude, non-confrontational neighbors.

Fantastic location, wonderful staff, and beautiful amenities! Walking distance to a grocery store and less than 10 from the highway. Convenient to everything in Madison and Huntsville!
I love living here and am grateful for the guys that came to fix my dishwasher. They are always polite and willing to help. I feel very comfortable and the dog park is perfect. My dog loves going to the dog park.
