Three days to submit rent or charged a hefty $150 late fee. Even if it's a Sunday. They send out those late fee notices on day 4 no matter what.
Staff is unreasonable, everything is way too expensive, they add random fees on your bill. Overall just a very bad experience. Save yourself the trouble.

Major MICE problem and they do not fix appliances in a timely manner we are on day 8 our washer not working and they have empty units to replace it with. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!!
In all transparency, I do not live here…still looking at all of our options before signing anywhere. My husband and I came with our two little boys to get a tour the other evening and I did want to leave a review because of how great our experience was working with Karen! She was so kind, down to earth, and personable! We really appreciated her taking the time to give us a tour. It was the most pleasant experience we have had touring at any of the places we have visited at so far.

Pros: New apartments, love the privacy and not sharing a lot of walls. Kitchens are amazing, everything is new and shiny! The backyard would be wonderful if I could use when I wanted to. The place is very convenient to most anything, however, brand new does not make it super special nor perfect. Cons: Management has changed yet again in the few months I’ve been here. Not sure what issues they keep having internally. Dogs can bark all day incessantly and all you are told is they will happily accept your notice to leave (SMH). Yes, I was told that by the manager, who can hear the dog barking every time I call the office. You also never know when garbage is picked up because whatever is in your lease is not the actual process. At least twice a week my garbage is left sitting on my porch for some unknown reason. You can call and are told maintenance will pick it up but don’t fall for that, it has never been picked up by maintenance. Lease says pickup starting at 8, management told me starting at 7 after a month of being here and now, after three months, it is starting at 6. You can see garbage sitting at on many porches at night so it isn’t just me! I was the first to live in my new unit but spent over a week dealing with toilet water running all over my floor before they finally got it fixed. Silly arguing about responsibility between the builder and maintenance. Also had a breaker to trip several times before they just replaced it with an old one model breaker that was less sensitive. Have heard from maintenance where others had to have walls torn out and replaced because of water issues inside walls. Weed smokers sit in their cars at night and blow up a few places around the community making sitting in your backyard unbearable for some of us. Music blasting during the day is allowed (along with the barking). Management said anything goes unless it happens after 10pm. If you want to pay more for “new,” this place is it, just know you get the same old neighbors and same old so-so management. Manage your expectations!
