The Cornerstone at Hauppauge is a clean, friendly development. The staff is very responsive and the calendar is always full of things to do! It is very close to everything from shopping to Highways. Very happy I found this area.

Dave in maintenance addressed my concern and resolved the issue quickly. Love this management, maintenance, and overall community!

I am a first tenant resident in my apartment since 2020. I am very pleased to say that all the staff, the community grounds, my apartment and majority of tenants and amenities have been of a satisfactory category for me. I would gladly recommend others to live at The Cornerstone Hauppauge.

Cornerstone was home for me from day one in June 2020 and hopefully for more years. The staff is fabulous, the facility is just perfect for me.

The Cornerstone staff has been extraordinarily helpful and professional ever since our first meeting to look at prospective units. My first maintenance request since moving in three months ago was quite minor and was addressed within 24 hours. Living at Cornerstone has been a very positive experience.

Excellent community with excellent amenities. Super friendly staff and well manicured grounds. Friendly neighbors and close to local businesses. Easy access to major roadways and public transportation.

Leasing my apartment at The Cornerstone in Hauppauge was seamless and a very pleasant experience! Michaela and Matthew went above and beyond to help me through the process. My neighbors expressed positive experiences when I met them on move in day. Happy I was able to find this community! It offers a quiet campus with clean grounds and amenities. Room sizes are more than ample and kitchen is beautiful. Love sitting out on the terrace at night to relax after work with my dogs.

The Cornerstone is a nice community, we are very happy with our apartment and just hope the rent increases are affordable so that we can stay!

It's a beautiful community with plenty of amenities and social events. We enjoy being here and mingling with the friendly residents.

New to the community but so far find it very quiet, clean and residents are very friendly. I love that apartments have all new upgrades and beautifully designed. Only drawback is that the living room/ dining area is very small.

I have been living here for a little over a year. I am in a 1 bedroom and it's nice and spacious for 1 person. It's also nice having the gym right outside my apartment. There are community events and everyone is so friendly.

Grounds are well maintained; one-bedroom apartments are generous in size and there is ample storage. Now that Covid is more controlled, Cornerstone is able to host opportunities for residents to socialize and communicate to Cornerstone through dinners, clubs and meetings. Welcome outreach for the residents.

The Cornerstone Hauppauge is a well-maintained, attractive rental community. The management and maintenance staff are responsive in a very timely manner to any issues or problems and seek to resolve them promptly.

The Cornerstone is a beautiful new community with townhouse type buildings which are aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The clubhouse is comfortable with a fireplace, pool table and gym and outdoor bbq. The management is attentive and the emergency service is very responsive. All in all a very nice community

The Cornerstone Hauppauge is a new, attractive and conveniently located 55 community. The apartments are spacious and modern and the management and maintenance teams are caring and responsive.

It feels like a home. Obviously, all current reviews are likely a bit higher due to everything being brand new. But, I've been here 2 weeks so far and the bang for your buck (NY standards) is quite large. The apartments are spacious, quiet, brand new, and comfortable. The grounds appear well kept and the amenities are also very nice! Theresa made the leasing process a pleasurable breeze from start to finish and is incredibly responsive. Could not be happier so far!

A beautiful new complex for 55 seniors with spacious new apartments, new appliances and Art Deco club house with gym. Friendly and attentive management staff are pleasant to deal with.

Lovely place to call home--the townhouse layout in particular is well thought out and makes for carefree living--the reasonable size of the community and its spacious feeling were important points in selecting Cornerstone at Hauppauge--it's a true luxury total package!
