Beautifully maintained and updated; fantastic landlord!
The owner of this building- our landlord- has done an incredible job of up-keeping this home, and updating the individual units while preserving its best "old" features. Our one-bedroom is very spacious and an extreme value, and has great windows (the living room gets drenched in sunlight in the afternoons). Our friends have admitted being jealous of this gem of an apartment, and we simply cannot object!
