Loved the place, and would highly recommend it to anyone I know.
Beautiful building and It's friendly people and an overall luxurious environment.
Tenants should be more accountable in the areas of cleaning up after their dogs and honor the leash rule. I would like to see more managers walking the property to see and act on potential issues.
The pool area is a disgrace on weekends. Residents? Leave trash and containers everywhere I’m amazed at the leasing agents inability to recognize this. If you need me to clean this area or serve as a leasing agent please notify me. Sincerely Vince Conforte
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and beautiful apartment homes and amenities.
Personnel very gracious. We love Darien. Typical noise issues of apartment dwelling ie Neighbour's dog and heavy stumping upstairs. Going on day and night.

Every resident we have met is friendly. The management and office staff are all respectful, knowledgeable, and willing to help in any way. And, I mean, there's a pool on the roof.
Natalie handled my maintenance repairs excellent. She is professional, timely and knowledgeable. Unfortunately she is not at our apartment regularly.

Love my apartment layout. Love my core group of neighbors. Love the amenities. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently.
Not sure about security within the property and cleanliness is a negative. Comfort and convenience are positive features.
The apartment amenities are an upgrade compared to other newer complexes. I love the gas stove, wine cooler, large side by side refrigerator, Nest, and full capacity stackable washer dryer.
The only drawback is the lack of walk-able areas around the apartment. (green-space, walking trails, etc.)
I would definitely recommend to my friends. I love the Fob for electronic entrance to the gym, pool area, business center, lounge, and most importantly my apartment. I feel very safe and secure in the complex. Also, love that it is a no smoking or vape property.
The rooftop pool is amazing! I appreciate the no glass/pets policy. I think the people here are great, very friendly and welcoming. I also appreciate the level of security this property has. I do not, however, think the key fob should be a Non-Refundable $50 each. When I give it back, I should get my money back.

I would recommend this apartment community because it is very friendly, respective and well managed.
I would like more attention to detail. For example there are beer cans in one of the stairwells.
I would recommend since The Core offers all the amenities you can think of and the apartment homes are beautiful. I did lower the score due to the younger demographic that seems to be attracted here which can make the amenity areas crowded and rowdy.
The reason I would is because of the many amenities and the feel like I'm living at a resort. It's a wonderful place and very close to where I work.
