The community was very well kept the leasing office was set up very nice. I love the staff and how they responded in a timely manner and just seen the other tenants there they look happy.

Our Move in has been quick and convenient. Area is quiet and respectful. Easy to get around. A lot around the area to do a try. Club house hours need to be adjusted.

My resident experience has been great so far only thing I would like for there to be improvement on is communication, answering office calls
Vanessa made this process so smooth and was informative and professional. She made us feel at home right away! The property is clean and was the only property we visited in our search for a home that actually resembled the pictures online.
The Core on Foothill is clean and always professional.
The Core on Foothill has nice apartments with layouts that are practical. However, communication by the front office staff regarding water shutoffs could be much improved - we often find out the day of if water is going to be shutoff due to an inspection and I know these aren't always surprise inspections. Also - if you're looking to move here because of the solar energy, know that the rates are very close to standard utility rates, though it will be marketed to you as though your electric is going to be insanely low. That is simply not the case. Otherwise, the grounds are well maintained, the staff is friendly, and the amenities are nice.
Apartment is Great! This is a nice place to start for a first anppartment. needs better accommodations for guest parking. Gym and pool are always clean……

As a new couple moving into this apartment complex, we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience so far. From the moment we first toured the property, we were impressed by the clean, well-maintained grounds, friendly management staff, and the sense of community that’s hard to find elsewhere. The leasing office was incredibly helpful and transparent throughout the entire process, making move-in smooth and stress-free. Our unit is modern and cozy, with a great layout that balances shared space with privacy. The kitchen has updated appliances, and we love enjoying our morning coffee together on the private balcony. The complex is quiet and secure, which was a top priority for us, and the neighbors we’ve met so far have been kind and respectful. If you’re a couple looking for a place to build memories, we highly recommend this complex. It already feels like home, and we’re excited for all the moments we’ll share here.
This is a greater place to live ! The amenities are awesome. The office ladies Shasity and Vanessa are really professional,friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys Jose and Phillip are great and helpful. The palce is very clean.
Overall, I love my apartment and the community is very nice and modern. My first impressions when I first moved in were high, but that has slowly changed. Pool and gym are very nice too. However, my main complaint is that this community is VERY noisy and neighbors are very inconsiderate and constantly slam doors and the gate doors that lead to your apartment. The gates slam very loud to the point where you feel your walls shake. These gates are constantly being slammed. The walls are incredibly thin and you can hear everything too. Again, a lot of the fellow residents here are very inconsiderate and just so loud. Also, the vehicle exit gates are always messing up and breaking down. Another note, most of the assigned parking spots are uncovered and garages are an extra fee. Another down side is your electric bill is not billed directly with Edison, and I honestly feel my bill is always somewhat high despite me not using much electricity since I live on my own. Overall, I love my apartment and living here hasn’t been too bad. The apartments are nice and the property overall is very nice too. But, there’s definitely a lot of room for improvement, especially for the high rent that we pay to live here and hopefully things get better. It seems they are currently short staffed in the leasing office as they’ve been closed many days of the week, so hopefully someone comes and properly manages this property.
Great management staff and very helpful. Maintenance team also great and responsive. Nice amenities, billing of utilities is not what was told. Electrical is extremely high. Trash service billed by monthly pick up charge and additional chargees for trash picked up as a whole community, not just by unit. More than what is paid for a regular household. Too expensive.

So far, this place has been amazing, but there are a few things that could be better. First, it’s a bit frustrating when people don’t clean up after their dogs. There are plenty of dog clean stations available, so it’s not like they’re hard to find. Second, if you live in an apartment, the floors can be a bit thin because you can hear a lot of foot noise from the apartment above you, during the day It’s fine. but it can be a bit annoying after 10 pm if you need to sleep. Third, I think all the secured parking areas should be covered parking. Just my two cents! Overall, I love the property. It has everything you could ever want. I’d give it a solid 4.7 rating!

4.5 to be exact I love this location very quite community My only deductions would be covered parking for all, and the floors are thin you can hear everything if your below someone. I’m sure the tvs in the cabanas and gate access for visitors will be fixed. Other then that I love it the team or staff are polite and on stay on of top generating updates.

Things are going great here I love it, it’s clean, quiet and neighbors are nice. There’s a lot of activity close by and the free coffee in the leasing office is nice!

The Core is a very beautiful community. I feel that everyone who lives here is very friendly, courteous, and who have the smartest children in all of Rancho Cucamonga! I love the diversity of cultures. The kindness and respect that all residents give to one another. Always there to help and to give advice. I truly adore where I live. If you live on the road sides, card are very loud. Sound cancellations ear plugs are definitely helpful. Other than that everything’s fantastic.

This community and property is amazing. My favorite feature/ amenity is the 24 hour gym access. The property comes with updated appliances in each unit and it’s very quiet. My only area of improvement is wanting every resident to have an assigned garage. Everyone has an assigned space and there’s guest parking but only about a third of tenants have a garage. Everyone wanting a garage has to get on the wait list.

I recently got approved for a 1-bedroom apartment at The Core, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the immaculate cleanliness and the elegant design of the building. The professional atmosphere makes it a pleasure to call this place a home. The amenities are AMAZING!! I'm absolutely in love with the stunning pool and well-equipped gym. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day. Additionally, the location is unbeatable! Into my 3rd week of moving…..Overall excellent apartment with modern equipments for good price. Leasing management/ front office are nice and helpful. I would definitely call out many cool amenities.

The property is well built and in a prime location filled with prime staff that really care about their clients. Mariah and Vanessa are very attentive with communication and stand behind transparency. They made the whole process feel seamless and the amenities are astonishing. Definitely set a new bar for customer service and a new bar for luxury.

Properly is a relatively new build. Office staff is incredibly helpful and made every thing a smooth process. Vanessa and Mariah are amazing! Property is well maintained and has every thing one could be looking for, except an elevator. That's a minor thing, every thing else is top notch.
