If your idea of a great lunch is a Rueben sandwich and a beer, you'll love Omaha's Blackstone District. This is where the classic sandwich was first created, back in the 1920s, and where you can still sample the original at Crescent Moon (which also happens to be one of America's Top 100 Beer Bars four years running). Speaking of Beer, the Blackstone District is home to several famous breweries, including Farnam House Brewing and beer halls like Huber Haus.
Aside from the Blackstone District's great food and beer, this neighborhood is highly walkable and filled with historic and trendy warehouses converted into lofts. Dating back to around 1880, the Blackstone District has always been an Omaha favorite, even earning the nickname "Gold coast" in the 1920s. Your Blackstone apartment will place you on the east side of downtown, directly south of Midtown.

Convenient Building has a good location and is designed for easy move-in/move-out. The south side near Leavenworth is really loud due to traffic noise. Can also occasionally hear neighbors through walls. Place is clean, good amenities, friendly staff. Overall, nice place to live.
Saved the day! My shower head broke and they got out a fixed it super quick! Maintenance is on point!

I went on a walk through today. Ms. Kylie was my tour guide. I can not say enough about how wonderful she was! She was extremely welcoming, pleasant and very informative. I never felt rushed or like she was simply "doing her job". She took time to show me all of the property and its amenities which are numerous! She even showed me the garage because i expressed parking concerns! The building is clean and quiet and the unit itself seemed very well cared for. Every company should have a Kylie for their front man! She was awesome. The place is awesome. I hope to be a tenant by the end of the week!

I just moved into the Conrad about a month ago, and I already love it here. The amenities are amazing, well-maintained, and quiet. I feel extremely safe with the underground parking and well-secured building. In addition, I am able to have my two cats here, which was very important to me. The hot tub/pool is a huge plus, and I am in love with the small balcony that I have. I would recommend living at the Conrad to any and all of my friends.
