If I was not graduating this year I would RENEW again! My stay at the connection was great. The office staff was helpful , maintenance was good and they had a great dog park. They are also fully furnished apartments!

This property has awesome amenities that are open 24 hours a day. The pools are big enough to accommodate anyone and some. My favorite part is the hot tub especially during these cold months!! The staff and maintenance is great and always helpful.

I have been a resident at the connection for going on 4 years and have had an amazing experience. They have awesome events. I did have a small roommate issue but management was very helpful. They took the time to meet with us and come up with a solution to the issues at hand. Ms. Robin was very helpful. I have already renewed for the next year.

If I could give 0 starts I would. This is one of the worst options to live at in Huntsville coming from a current resident (June 2022) and I cannot wait to leave unfortunately I am stuck in a lease here for another month but wanted to share my horrific experience. I have had numerous safety issues in which the office has done nothing but deny fault. There is no sort of security at all, no cameras, just a courtesy officer and all she can do is call the cops. They won't help with anything they make everything a problem or make you go find the answer from someone else. Robin (property manager) as well as the "courtesy officer" need to be fired because of their inappropriateness and unprofessionalism consistently. Robin doesn't take you seriously unless you're over the age of 40 which is absolutely ridiculous considering it's a college town. Disrespectful for absolutely no reason. Courtesy officer screamed and recorded me and my friends for no reason and then tried to follow us home. Not to mention I don't eat in my room I consider myself a pretty clean person yet in my year staying here I have had tree roaches, bees, and centipedes in my bedroom inside of the apartment which I had to take care of myself. If you are a parent reading this do not let your kid live here unless you want ongoing problems seriously..... it looks nice but there's better options keep looking.

This is a great place to call home and the team in the office does their best to make sure their residents feel just right. The space is great and the amenities from the study rooms to the pools and patios are wonderful. Definitely a top contender for the place I will be staying in the Fall in Huntsville!!

I have been a resident at the Connection for 3 and a half years and have loved almost every minute of it. Anytime I have a maintenance request or issue it is always handle within 3 days if not shorter. They got a new leasing manager Katherine a few months ago and the community has changed so much in a positive way. I have had many friends that have loved at other student apartments and have had nothing but horror stories. If you put in effort to get to know the staff and maintenance they will get to know you more than you think. Highly recommend living here if you want a true community and staff that cares.

The only people that ever helped me were Brian and the maintenance men. In July of 2018, my AC was out for 2 weeks and it got up to 92 degrees INSIDE the apartment. I called twice a day about it until they finally replaced the outside unit. They never put me in a vacant room while this was going on or even offer to help with the electric bill that ended up being $160. The reason why it took so long was because of management in office not maintenance. The AC was set at 78, no lights were turned on unless absolutely necessary, cooked on the stove once a week, and I was doing laundry at my parents. That being said, someone explain why my electric bill was almost always $60-$80 or $120-$160 in total. The was a raging party every Friday or Saturday night. So if you smoke pot then this is the place for you! The smell stuck to everything. This place actually made my health issues worse. They say they’re smoke free but they really aren’t and they’ll let anyone sign a lease so they can get money. For each year I signed, I was supposed to get free covered parking due to the special being offered. Well they only gave it to me the first year. The next two years I signed during the same special and was charged for it every month until I figured it out and called them out on it. All they did was apologize and I never got my money back. The gates were broken on purpose by other tenants. At one point the gates were open for a full six months. The courtesy officer will only respond if it’s a shots fired call so you’re better off just calling the cops. I do not recommend a single woman to live here based off of my experiences. Each year was worse than the one before. It’s a shame because they could really make it a great complex if management cared.

The connections is a great place to reside for luxurious living purposes in Huntsville, the gym is exquisite and never closed, they have coffee that is the same along with a game room and tv’s. The amenities alone are great, I personally have won free groceries, they put on a lot events that always have free food, they have at least 2 events every month, they’re on campus here and there promoting, Ive also received many free shirts, they have fresh popcorn for residents everyday, they have a nice pet park and also have events for the residents pets! It’s right next to HEB and not too close or far from campus which makes this a prime location and in my eyes a great place to live!

Not sure how the energy is charged but it is never consistent even with energy saving tactics. Haven’t been home more than a week in December and my energy charge is the highest it’s been since moving in. Student-staff is nice but a very rude and unhelpful property manager, Roben. Not sure what her job is for, anytime there’s a problem she “can’t do anything about it” in those exact words. Owners of property, Pierce Education Properties, are also unhelpful. Seems like trying to have a problem fixed results in more problems for the renter from staff. Rent is paid online but there’s always some type of problem with the residents portal to do so, resulting in late fees that manager will not remove for any reason. Dogs use the bathroom everywhere, trash littered around apartments. Staff/maintenance comes in and out of units while residents are away without leaving explanation of entrance/what’s being fixed, my roommates have to inform me when they have came. Also have heard complaints from many other residents regretting re/signing their lease as I do. It said there was a change of management but maybe that was for the worst as the reviews have not had any progress. Wish I would have looked more into it before moving in. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, may as well live in a dorm on campus (same rules and regulations, without a meal plan lol) at least they are more responsive/helpful with resolving problems. Both shuttles take 30min to arrive to campus and apartments. Don’t even worry about participating in community rewards, you won’t receive your reward.

The electric bills received for each month are back dated, and we can go further with you about your account for when the exact dates are. Unfortuntley, we aren't able to remove any of the fees that can be assessed for any of our residents, but Roben does work with our residents on payment plans if an issue does occur. Please do know that maintenance does leave a copy of any work order that is completed in the apartment for the resident who has entered the work order, and we do give a 72 hour notice when completing building walks. If you have any further complaints, please do know that we would love to sit down with you to discuss them to work on improving the community & experiences for you and our entire community. These are horrible apartments. The management is unprofessional and do not care about the residences. The apartment have roaches and ants. You can request pest control and it takes two weeks for it to be done. The apartments have broken furniture, worn out carpets, and the appliances have to be fixed once a month. I lived at the Forum before the Connection, it was the worst decision I made. The price is higher here, yet nothing here is the best besides the pools, and they are dirty half the time. The shuttle take 30 mins or more to come, so be prepared to leave early or be late for class. The only good review is obviously written by someone who works at the Connections. Save yourself the frustration and don't move here!

The Connection is the worst apartment complex in Huntsville. Every experience I had while living here was awful. I had packages delivered on two different occasions and when I went to come pick them were no where to be found. I gave the persons name who signed for the packages and was told that person no longer worked there and was brushed off. Only after yelling at the employee and their supervisor did the packages somehow resurface in a room "where we never put packages". Also, they had two rental agreements, which they could never figure out which one you had, that had two different rent late days. My first time paying my rent, I called to make sure that I had a five day grace period, because I had sent a check through my banks bill payment. After being told that I did in fact have five days, I didn't think about it again, because it would be there within the time. Then, come the third day I get a notice that my rent is late and I now have a late fee. Apparently I was told the grace period for the other rental agreement and they refused to listen to this. The staff, including supervisors and the property manager, are completely useless and try to make your life more complicated. They will try to steal any money they can from you.

The Connections is a great place to live. It's a student based aparment complex with a shuttle that operates from 8 am-7 pm. The shuttle provides students with transportation to and from the college campus. With updated stainless still appliances, hard wood floors, leather funiture, and all bills included The Connections are at the top of the list. It's no wonder why they're always filling up my quick!
