The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Commonwealth
I broke my lease after three days of living in the apartment. I've talked to residents who have done the same. The area is very unsafe. They won't tell you that. People injecting themselves outside the 7/11 next door. There is a vast construction project. They won't tell you that. They make money from people breaking their lease. Don't live here, especially if you're a student like myself.
I have been livening here for 18 months and I am very happy that I rented an apartment at Commonwealth. Excellent location- close to everything in center city. Reading terminal market is just few minutes walk. The tenants are friendly and quiet. In unit washer and dryer. The manager, leasing office and the maintenance are great. There is nothing to complain about.
