A bit lax in getting things done Some of a serious nature. It seems as though staff at times gets annoyed when you have an issue that may be of a concern to the resident, but maybe not to staff. It is what it is, I guess

The Clark is absolutely amazing, I grew up in West Philly just a block away and this building is an amazing addition to the neighborhood. The staff are professional and caring which is a wonderful combination and the amenities and layout of the building as well as the apartment are well thought out and while it’s not cheap it is reasonably priced and well worth it. Great location and living experience.

The staff are wonderful, very friendly and easy to work with. Good amenities too. Poor building quality, if you have upstairs neighbors you will hear EVERYTHING they are doing.

The Clark is an incredible community. The staff are phenomenal, including the concierge, property manager, leasing office, and maintenance. Everyone is extremely approachable, warm, and accommodating. The concierge always greets me kindly and asks if there is anything they can help me with. Leasing, specifically Gloria, is absolutely amazing. She was very patient and supportive of me throughout my move-in process. The maintenance team is amazing. They respond to my needs immediately and recently completed all of my tasks within an hour. They make themselves visible and available to be supportive. I’m grateful for all of their energy and care.

The Clark is a very pleasant place to live. What makes it so pleasant is the spacious atmosphere in the building. Also, the apartments are spacious as well. There are amenities like the gym, a pool table and the roof deck. And let’s not forget the outside barbecue pit! Also there are individual rooms that you can use for private your sessions along with free Wi-Fi on the first floor. The location is great. There is transportation nearby such as several bus routes and the El station. The Clark is overall a very comfortable place to live.

I love it here at The Clark. My studio is so cozy and comfortable. Sometimes I don’t even want to come out! However, the amenities like a pool table, a gym, flat screen TV,s in the lounge area and of course the rooftop area makes it possible to want to come out and enjoy it all. I love it here.
