The Charlie Mar Vista living experience has been great. Even with the amount of car traffic outside, I don’t hear anything most of the day, which is important since I work from home and my girlfriend studies at night. Taimy and Christina are two of the most wonderful people I have encountered in a very long time. Communication is top notch and they’ve been very helpful since the day of the tour. Absolutely nothing negative to say about being here.

I highly recommend living at The Charlie. Aside from being a brand new community with great living spaces, you can't beat the location and everything that's nearby. It's rare to say this - especially about an apartment community team - but the entire staff is stellar. Everything is maintained well and the amenities are impressive, especially when you consider this a smaller community. I moved in 2 weeks ago and haven't experienced any issues thus far. Strongly recommend this place!
