It was a very nice tour and easy to move in! The staff are all super nice and friendly and make me feel comfortable living here !! It is nice and clean in the lobby which is nice and the gym is one of my favorite places to go and the equipment works very well !!

I’ve had a good overall experience living at The Catherine. The location is super close to downtown Roswell and Alpharetta. Noise levels are low for our unit and building majority of the time (mostly depend on your neighbors, especially above you). Everyone seems to be kind and mind their business :)

Big bedroom and closet space compared to other Roswell apartments. Can’t hear my neighbors either which is a pro. The electrical sometimes goes out in odd places of the apartment but the office will just replace fuses.

I’ve had a great experience living at The Catherine. The maintenance team is amazing—always friendly, professional, and quick to take care of any issues. Beautiful community. Great swimming pool area to use for this summer. The apartments are very cozy and designed wonderfully. Neighbors are super friendly, but can be loud at times. Apartment complex is very close to mini shopping locations and restaurants.

So far, I have enjoyed living at the Catherine. The trash valet is wonderful in the apartment itself is very nice. The only complaint I have is in terms of entrances and exit to the building as well as parking. I am in a corner unit on the building and it is very difficult to access. They are currently building another parking lot so hopefully this helps but as of right now I either have to walk all the way through the building or traverse this treacherous slope to get down up muddy Hill to where the door entrance is on the end of the building. It would be great if they would build stairs in this area

Everything about being here is great! It’s close to my work and to a lot of interesting restaurants and things to do nearby, so it’s in a great spot. Plus, everyone has been very nice, so I feel welcome here. Seeing people’s pets is a nice bonus since I like animals. Overall a nice cozy place to retreat to after a long day!

Great amenities. Close to downtown Roswell. beautiful swimming pool area. Friendly neighbors and great gym area. Nice clubhouse if you would like to rent to host private events.

Love the area, neighborhood. Apartments walls and insulation aren’t great. You can hear your neighbors walking above you. Not enough parking at times, but love living here overall. Tony and Jennifer are awesome!

LOVE my apartment and the complex SO SO much! Only downside is the parking situation is a bit of a pain. There are “reserved” spots that cost extra. Between 6-8pm everything fills up (except the reserved spots) so if I come home after 8 I have to park super far away, which is a huge inconvenience, especially if it is raining or I have a lot of stuff to carry.
