Big bedroom and closet space compared to other Roswell apartments. Can’t hear my neighbors either which is a pro. The electrical sometimes goes out in odd places of the apartment but the office will just replace fuses.

I’ve had a great experience living at The Catherine. The maintenance team is amazing—always friendly, professional, and quick to take care of any issues. Beautiful community. Great swimming pool area to use for this summer. The apartments are very cozy and designed wonderfully. Neighbors are super friendly, but can be loud at times. Apartment complex is very close to mini shopping locations and restaurants.

So far, I have enjoyed living at the Catherine. The trash valet is wonderful in the apartment itself is very nice. The only complaint I have is in terms of entrances and exit to the building as well as parking. I am in a corner unit on the building and it is very difficult to access. They are currently building another parking lot so hopefully this helps but as of right now I either have to walk all the way through the building or traverse this treacherous slope to get down up muddy Hill to where the door entrance is on the end of the building. It would be great if they would build stairs in this area

Everything about being here is great! It’s close to my work and to a lot of interesting restaurants and things to do nearby, so it’s in a great spot. Plus, everyone has been very nice, so I feel welcome here. Seeing people’s pets is a nice bonus since I like animals. Overall a nice cozy place to retreat to after a long day!

Love the area, neighborhood. Apartments walls and insulation aren’t great. You can hear your neighbors walking above you. Not enough parking at times, but love living here overall. Tony and Jennifer are awesome!

LOVE my apartment and the complex SO SO much! Only downside is the parking situation is a bit of a pain. There are “reserved” spots that cost extra. Between 6-8pm everything fills up (except the reserved spots) so if I come home after 8 I have to park super far away, which is a huge inconvenience, especially if it is raining or I have a lot of stuff to carry.

We really wanted to love this community, however there are much newer/nicer units within 2 miles of this property.“The Lights at Northwinds” as well as “The EDEN” Very poorly renovated. Rusty shelves, stained handles in kitchen and bathrooms. Stains on shower heads and shower rods from rushed paint job. Filth/Stains in shower. Worn-out Outdoor furniture. Shower and sinks not properly cleaned from previous tenant, therefore hair and other dirt was still trapped in shower and sink drain. Gap between window and screen filthy at move in. Bathroom cabinets have chipped doors and stains. Odor in hallways and units. Some units get no daylight whatsoever, so be sure to check out your unit during different times of the day. Trash left outside for days. Outdated, washer and dryer with peeling paint. Dumpster overflows on weekends. No towels in gym as advertised, no cups for coffee must bring your own at all times. Limited WiFi in common areas. This has been communicated with management!

Overall a beautiful apartment! The people and staff are very friendly and whenever we had an issue, maintenance was on top of it! The only down side is there isn’t enough stairwells because residents are walking far distances to their cars.

So far super clean people are nice and friendly, definetly a ton of people that live here and the corridors feel a little bland sometimes but alll and all very nice interiors

Such a beautiful community! I feel very at home here:). It’s peaceful and quiet and and my dog and I love it! Can’t wait to have friends over!
Great place to live! The apartments are nice with plenty of space and the amenities have been a great bonus! I love getting coffee in the mornings before work and sitting by the pool in the summer.
So far everything has been great and the staff has been attentive. The only issue is parking. That is the only real issue I’ve experienced this far.

Our experience at the Catherine has been nothing short of spectacular since we moved in back in July 2023. What really goes a long with is the fellow residents who acknowledge they have neighbors by not having barking dogs, playing loud music, etc. The Luxer delivery service has been very easy to work with and all the amenities are great. We really have not had the chance to connect with the staff which is mainly because there are no issues, which is a compliment in itself.

The noise from the neighbors above is unbearable. Loud banging, Doors and Cabinets slamming, loud stomping and relay races going on above us. This starts at 8am and lasts until midnight! We have reached out to management and hoping for a resolution asap!
