Property Ratings at The Carriages
The Carriages apartments are centrally located to UTA. There are AT&T Stadium and multiple other venues within a short drive from here. The staff is kind and helpful. It is a lower rent area, but they take pride in their clients. There is a security van that patrols at night. It is quiet during the night, and frequently children are playing outside during the day. They enrich the community with programs for children after school and during the summer in the clubhouse. Several times a year they will have a community cookout sponsored by Mission Arlington. Maintenance is very kind, however sometimes it takes them a few days to resolve a problem. The key is; they always resolve it. The only downside to the apartment is on the electricity paid side of the complex. The months that the air conditioning is on is controlled via the main office/ corporate. If you are living on the other side of the complex where electric is not free, this is not an issue. Overall, I have loved living here the last two years and have no plans to move anytime soon. Amanda is an excellent apartment manager who cares for her renters. She even bought, and hand-delivered flowers to me when our daughter passed away. The office staff is always kind and helpful and seem to take an actual vested interest in their clients.
