The efficiency of the staff at Carillon is very impressive. & professional, I’ve lived at 2 other apartments in WA .and never experienced the quick turn around from the maintenance department. They are extremely knowledgeable and respond so quickly. Thank you Carillon staff.

Spacious well-maintained apartments with indoor parking and storage spaces in shared (and locked) garages, fireplace, balcony, great views. Short walk to Carillon Point and Lake Washington. Easy access to level walking and biking trail.

The maintenance staff and office staff are professional and proactive. I like living here, but have had a lot of maintenance issues since the day I moved in 2 years ago. Mainly in the kitchen (dishwasher, etc.) area, bathrooms (sink plugged, etc.) and bedroom (doors falling off, etc.) . I understand the building is old so and requires TLC.

I love living at Brookstone very nice community, very quiet & very convenient close to a lot of stores and not to far from shopping areas! Love the kids park also a bonus. And also lovely staff very nice and professional.

We had not even finished unpacking boxes from our move in and the maintenance team went above and beyond to respond to our service request.

My favorite place to live. Staff are very helpful, coming into Springtime, I hope to see lots of blooms. The location is great! Awesome to have walking & bike path. Love the community grill & picnic area. Thanks

Have been living here for 5 years and there could not be a better place to live. Friendly, very accommodating on all issues, quite and great selection of other tenants.

This was the worst place I’ve ever lived; this is no way even close to luxury living 1. I had a constant leak in my bathroom ceiling, right under the toilet of the unit upstairs – so gross. it took many calls for them to come in and fix it, over 30 days. Not soon after it was fixed, it started leaking a second time and worse. This time they figured it was close to my move out date, so they did not even bother to fix it. 2. Possible MOLD! Since there was a constant leak in the ceiling and the tenants above me told me that my unit sat empty for a long time before I moved in, I do fear of mold. Shortly after I moved in, I began to have very bad colds. These came and went the entire time I lived there. I never thought of mold until it was suggested since I don’t have allergies. I requested two separate times for the unit the be tested for mold and both were completely ignored. Now that I have been moved out for almost two months, all the symptoms I was having, have gone away! 4. I woke up to jack hammering outside my unit, literally right outside. When I called they said they gave notice. The notice the apartment manager was referring to, was a letter placed on my door 30 days prior stating they would be doing piping work over the next 60 days. They did not give notice when there was going to be 2 days of straight jackhammering during the work week. This is laziness, incompetent and disrespectful. I had no choice but to move meetings and was told that it would only last 2 days on Thursday. I wake up Monday morning and guess what…..more jackhammering. I called and asked why this was still going on and was told they did not finish what they needed to so the project went into Monday. When I asked why they could not have notified me, especially when they knew I had just moved meetings, they went completely silent. It did not even cross their mind to let the tenants know, just another example of incompetence. 5. The toilets are very bad – have a good plunger handy, trust me you will be using it. Mine would clog on a weekly basis. 6. When I first moved in the heat in the main living area did not work and when maintenance came to check it out, they told me if I wanted more heat to buy a space heater. Upon hearing my frustrations after completing a survey, they sent out another maintenance person and he was able to locate the problem and have it fixed. Remember, their first response was for me to buy a space heater and not fix it.

I’ve lived at The Carillon Apartment Residences for eight months. It took 30 days to resolve my A/C issue upon move-in and recently had a leak in my ceiling for 18 days before it was repaired. Water came thru my vaulted ceiling on three occasions. For both of the above issues, I had to push hard to get resolution and repairs. I will not be renewing my lease in June.

I am new to The Carillon, but the move in experience was easy and the property was clean and move-in ready. The team in the leasing office is friendly, helpful and professional.

The views are amazing and the maintenance team is extremely responsive.

Worst place ever. Just moved in to what they call a fully renovated apartment. One shower is completely clogged and the other shower does not even work. Floors are all uneven, paint on the windows, all the electrical trim is old and brown, black burn marks around the electrical sockets, water pressure is terrible, barely any hot water, Ect... The list goes on. It’s been over two weeks and management does not care. One bathroom is completely plumbed incorrectly and the shower literally does not work. Management has told me that the corporate office has not responded with a time and date to walk the property. Turns out the carillon point Apartments were bought out two years ago and it is far from luxury now. New management only cares about doing cheap rentals with the max rental rates! DO NOT RENT HERE!!

Spacious apartments in great location, excellent management and maintenance, walking distance to Carillon Point and other Lake Washington parks and restaurants; convenient access to Cross Kirkland Trail (pedestrians, bikes and pets). Congenial neighbors and shared locked garage space. Ample trash and recycling for residents. Quick attention to snow and ice and Fall leaves and falling branches.

Spacious units, quiet location, great views, continued attention to landscaping and exterior appearance, close to public transportation and to Carillon Point post office and restaurants. Attentive onsite representatives of management.

fantastic lakeview and maintenace

Not sure why but it seems the property owners arent as willing to help their tenets with issues lately. Maintenance is taking longer and they dont want to hear or act on any suggestions.

I believe I have the best apartment on the location, best view and the quietest as well. If conversion were possible to upgrade and that not effect the rent, I'd like to have that done and could stay away as long as necessary everything could probably fit into the apartment large bedroom to allow for kitchen and whatever other clearing of items might require. Also worth a discussion regarding protection of property ion such a instance. Also worth chat.

Great views of Lake Washington; walk to Carillon Point; convenient access to Cross Kirkland Trail; easy drive or bus ride to downtown Kirkland or Bellevue; responsive management; continuing upgrades of units and landscaping; garage-spaces for cars and some storage; quiet and respectful neighbors. One is tempted to keep it a secret!

We have lived here for about a year and are very happy with the staff's responsiveness to our service requests, personal cordiality and eagerness to address both minor and major problems; although we have not had a any major problems.

Quiet, luxury apartments close to downtown Kirkland. We love living here! The staff is attentive, and quickly responds. Consider yourself lucky if you can get one of the newly renovated unit's!

I have lived here for almost 1 year now and I can guarantee you that I will not be staying. From day 1 I have complained of excessive noise coming from my neighbors upstairs. It's not completely all their fault as the building has absolutely 0 insulation which means that you hear everything, including them opening and closing draws. That being said the constant sound of their foot steps thudding against the floors could definitely be curtailed. I hear this racket from the moment they wake me up, till the moment I can go to sleep, because they have finally done so. I literally live each day with headphones on while awake and with a pillow over my ears when I am sleeping. To make matters worse I have complained several times to the neighbors and to management and yet nothing has actually happened to rectify the situation. Management have just looked at me while I tell them how bad it is and have not once offered to look into it or have it taken care of. I count down the days until I leave and this nightmare is over!!!
