The Cameron is hands down the best place I've ever lived. The staff is incredible, the location is absolutely unbeatable, the views beautiful and the soundproof apartments are unbelievable. I truly love it here and if I could seriously get a mortgage on my unit, I would in a heartbeat.

Love the monthly community events! Always nice to enjoy free food or an activity and socialize with the neighbors. Food trucks are my favorite

It’s been pretty good , love it here! The only thing I want more of are the fun events that get planned by DUO PHX! Those guys are the best and have super fun events!

the cameron is in a great location walking distance from everything you need. pretty safe considering right by the lake. no hot tub but nice pool area.

I absolutely LOVE living here! Clean, respectful, and great Non smoking community!!!! Theres no violent behavior, no homeless, no disrespectful people, no thieves, no vandalism, and great for the kids to be safe and schools are safe!!! I feel like I am on a resort everyday and its my home! Love that all the stores are walking distance and now Sam's Club is opened makes me so happy! I dont havw to travel for anything! Management treat you like family by name! Love it.

Nothing, but good things to say. The most convenient location to live at and the place is quiet, clean, and luxury living. The maintenance guy and staff are also always on top of it.

So happy we found our new home ???? we love the community so far and are looking forward to connecting at some upcoming events. Definitely will be extending our lease !!

I’ve lived here at the Cameron for a few years now. The staff the managers are amazing. The overall experience living here is clean and friendly. Definitely recommend for anyone I started living here when I was in my mid 20’s was my first apartment and stayed here years following because the moral here is really amazing. Don’t regret at all.

Truthfully, our first impression with the leasing agent was poor and our tour was less impressive. We went to see other properties and the tours where great and very informative. We were in communication with our needs prior to the move, but unfortunately faced quite a few hurdles because our apartment wasn’t ready and then were given a smaller storage, even though the office knew the size we needed. Getting pricing for the storage in itself was like pulling teeth, and struggled to get a firm consistent answer of sizes and pricing. I can honestly say this was the hardest move. The office really needs to work on customer service skills and presentation when showing an apt. Not to mention the courtesy and guide of where certain amenities are located.

Love it here! Only reason it is not 5 stars is because of delay in completing work orders. Units are beautiful and amenities are great. Love the location and that Tempe Marketplace is walking distance

Same day maintenance request and it was quick and easy for an A/C fix. Front office was also very nice and understanding!

Living at the Cameron has been an absolute pleasure. The front office staff is very informative, helpful, and friendly. Maintenance has always addressed my issues in a very timely manner and are all very friendly. The amenities at the complex are great.

We have been living here for about a week now and are very happy with the condition of the apartment, amenities, and the leasing office.

Nice area, super cute apartments and leasing staff are great. The parking is its own area in a parking lots and building is locked down lol.

I love living here. I can walk along Tempe Town Lake or to Tempe Marketplace. The Sam's Club will open soon across the street. My car is secure in the gated parking lot. The exercise facility is nice and very clean with 4 rooms of equipment. Packages always get to me in a timely fashion. The best part is the people and my neighbors who are friendly and helpful (including my pet neighbors)

Beautiful property in a great location with everything you need in close proximity. The staff are helpful and kind! Maintenance team is prompt to resolve any issues that have come up.

We really like this complex but we had major issues upon move in. We weren’t able to move in until 5:00p on our move in date due to cleaners and they needed to replace the carpet, which wasn’t realized until we showed up at 12:00p (when we confirmed we were good to move it). When we arrived at 5:00p our FOBs weren’t programmed and did not have access to the portal to submit work orders, which we had several to submit. However, the leasing agent we worked with was very kind and we were refunded our move in day amount and were compensated $500 for the inconvenience. And luckily we were moving from a local place, not out of state. We were also mistakenly charged $4800 after being promised 6 weeks free, which we weren’t able to stop because we had automatic payments set up. Still working on resolving. We’ve been in the apartment for a week and love a lot about it. We are hoping things improve!

Being new to Arizona, I thought that the Cameron would be a stop gap until I found a home. Four and a half years later, this is home. Management continue to pay attention to the things that remain important to me - things like my safety and maintenance of the building. We also have access to indoor parking that is brightly lit and above all location, location. location (very close to both 202 and 101 )

I’ve enjoyed my time at the Cameron over several years. The staff are helpful, and the other residents are super respectful!

Extremely happy with my apartment and the staff here at the Cameron. Love my apartment layout and so much cabinet and storage space. The maintenance staff is fantastic! Don is the best! Everyone says hello and calls you by name. I have great neighbors and its a great community.

Living at the Cameron is great, location is close to both freeways with food and shopping close. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend if you are looking for resort style living!

So far everyone is super nice and the complex is super clean. I like the complementary coffee in the lobby. There’s also treats for your dog if you have a dog stop by the lobby.

Getting an apartment leased and getting moved in was probably the easiest, smoothest process here. And the gals at the front desk, especially Hailey, who leased my apartment, are just lovely!

Enjoyed the move in the management has been great. All concerns were taken care of swiftly and professionaly. The building is quite and well kept including the garage. Any noise levels were dealt with immediately. Enjoy the community and the people in it. No complaints ????

The walk thru and communication from everyone in the leasing office exceeded expectations and extremely personable yet professional. All questions were answered with clarity.

Incredible staff! I see everyone working so hard. They are always engaging and helpful. They consistently go above and beyond for everyone. Treat us like family. I feel like I live in a "community" not an "apartment". I am truly happy here.

Friendly community they accept dogs, which is great a lot of places don’t accept certain breeds, I love the gatherings whether it’s something random get together Sunday brunch or a holiday celebration.

Front desk is standoffish but they get the job done. They make you feel like it's an inconvenience for them to do their job when you ask for assistance with anything. Maintenance is excellent. Other tenants do not respect or take very good care of the amenities and cause evacuations very frequently (playing with fire extinguishers, smoking in the stairwell, etc.). I've had to evacuate my apartment between 12-4am over 10 time in the two years I've lived here. i only see this place getting worse as they lower rent. I'm leaving the minute my lease is up.

The Cameron is a well maintained and comfortable complex. Management is friendly and repairs are addressed quickly. Highly recommend this complex for comfortable living.

This place is absolutely amazing. I wanted to move here for about 6 months and walk by it every weekday about 3x (when I’m on my daily walks during my work breaks/lunch right next door) and dreamt what it would be like. It wasn’t at all what I expected. It was so much more. Paradise, if I may. The staff have been extremely courteous, friendly, funny, helpful, giving and real. I have only encountered a cheerful and willing-to-help group here. To say they’ve truly made me feel at home and ease is an understatement. My life has drastically improved. I love it here and my view of the mountains, Salt River and North Valley. VERY high ceilings with HUGE doors – so tall, I can’t reach the top. It even came with speakers to Bluetooth my music to. Shout out to Shirae Pryor who originally gave me a tour and months later remembered me without having to reintroduce myself. She is extremely professional, helpful & goes out of her way. What are you waiting for? Move here as soon as you can.

I am so thankful to the entire Cameron staff for their outstanding service. Primarily on this request it was Don and Ryan. They consistently do such a great job and you can see how hard they work! This community is over 5yrs old now so I understand that things will have more issues over time which makes their jobs more challenging. Don confirmed my request and asked for a convenient day to install my washer. While they were here I mentioned to Ryan about my refrigerator filter and he immediately returned to install it on the spot. They took care of all of my needs in the same day which I was incredibly grateful given my work schedule. Both Ryan and Don were professional and courteous and made me truly feel cared for. I’m so grateful for their hard work and dedication to ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Please give them kudos for being a major asset to the Cameron team!

I love living here! The amenities and apartments are clean and stylish. It is a really great community to be a part of and very organized.

The Cameron, is conveniently located close to two major highways and the Tempe Marketplace. When this is coupled with the fact that management is very responsive to tenants' needs, this makes this apartment building an ideal place to call home.

I enjoy living here and just renewed my lease! The staff is very supportive and responsive in all matters and they have extra curricular activities all the time!

Our move-in experience was completely disappointing. The apartment was filthy, smelled like mildew and smoke, and clearly wasn't move-in ready despite the assistant manager claiming otherwise. There was mildew in the washer machine, that they ended up replacing and the refrigerator smelled like fish, so bad that they replaced that as well. It was inhabitable and we needed to stay in a hotel. After 2 weeks of telling us it was good to go, we hired a professional to come clean the black floors. While the property manager has since worked to improve things, and the maintenance team has been great, the stress and expense this situation has caused us were completely unacceptable.

Leasing office team has been the most helpful throughout my time and has made my move and transition very easy. I am really happy to be here

I greatly appreciate the consistent communication from the office regarding updates and the hours during which packages are available for pickup. Additionally, the maintenance staff is outstanding- prompt to respond and always extremely helpful.

quiet, easy to get in and out, close to shopping and friendly people. I get to walk next to the river every day and exercise in the training room if windy or raining. Great place to live

I’ve really enjoyed my experience at The Cameron Apartments! The management team has been fantastic—always responsive and helpful whenever I need anything. The amenities are top-notch, especially the gym, which has everything I need for a good workout. The location is super convenient, right next to The Tempe Marketplace, so I’m close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Overall, I’d definitely recommend The Cameron to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live!

I just moved here, it’s a lovely community and quite. I heard it from my friend and it was really different a lot better from other communities i saw.

The Cameron is the place to be! The amenities are fantastic and there are events going on every month. Front desk and maintenance are extremely helpful and fast!

Everything is so nice, calm, friendly, and very welcoming . The apartment is perfect, enjoyable view, poolside, easy access to Tempe market place and the staff is tremendously helpful.
