Resting along the Salt River, Tempe’s major claim to fame is the main campus of Arizona State University. I absolutely LOVE living here! Clean, respectful, and great Non smoking community!!!! Theres no violent behavior, no homeless, no disrespectful people, no thieves, no vandalism, and great for the kids to be safe and schools are safe!!! I feel like I am on a resort everyday and its my home! Love that all the stores are walking distance and now Sam's Club is opened makes me so happy! I dont havw to travel for anything! Management treat you like family by name! Love it.

I’ve lived here at the Cameron for a few years now. The staff the managers are amazing. The overall experience living here is clean and friendly. Definitely recommend for anyone I started living here when I was in my mid 20’s was my first apartment and stayed here years following because the moral here is really amazing. Don’t regret at all.

Truthfully, our first impression with the leasing agent was poor and our tour was less impressive. We went to see other properties and the tours where great and very informative. We were in communication with our needs prior to the move, but unfortunately faced quite a few hurdles because our apartment wasn’t ready and then were given a smaller storage, even though the office knew the size we needed. Getting pricing for the storage in itself was like pulling teeth, and struggled to get a firm consistent answer of sizes and pricing. I can honestly say this was the hardest move. The office really needs to work on customer service skills and presentation when showing an apt. Not to mention the courtesy and guide of where certain amenities are located.

I love living here. I can walk along Tempe Town Lake or to Tempe Marketplace. The Sam's Club will open soon across the street. My car is secure in the gated parking lot. The exercise facility is nice and very clean with 4 rooms of equipment. Packages always get to me in a timely fashion. The best part is the people and my neighbors who are friendly and helpful (including my pet neighbors)

We really like this complex but we had major issues upon move in. We weren’t able to move in until 5:00p on our move in date due to cleaners and they needed to replace the carpet, which wasn’t realized until we showed up at 12:00p (when we confirmed we were good to move it). When we arrived at 5:00p our FOBs weren’t programmed and did not have access to the portal to submit work orders, which we had several to submit. However, the leasing agent we worked with was very kind and we were refunded our move in day amount and were compensated $500 for the inconvenience. And luckily we were moving from a local place, not out of state. We were also mistakenly charged $4800 after being promised 6 weeks free, which we weren’t able to stop because we had automatic payments set up. Still working on resolving. We’ve been in the apartment for a week and love a lot about it. We are hoping things improve!

Being new to Arizona, I thought that the Cameron would be a stop gap until I found a home. Four and a half years later, this is home. Management continue to pay attention to the things that remain important to me - things like my safety and maintenance of the building. We also have access to indoor parking that is brightly lit and above all location, location. location (very close to both 202 and 101 )

So far everyone is super nice and the complex is super clean. I like the complementary coffee in the lobby. There’s also treats for your dog if you have a dog stop by the lobby.
Getting an apartment leased and getting moved in was probably the easiest, smoothest process here. And the gals at the front desk, especially Hailey, who leased my apartment, are just lovely!

Friendly community they accept dogs, which is great a lot of places don’t accept certain breeds, I love the gatherings whether it’s something random get together Sunday brunch or a holiday celebration.

Front desk is standoffish but they get the job done. They make you feel like it's an inconvenience for them to do their job when you ask for assistance with anything. Maintenance is excellent. Other tenants do not respect or take very good care of the amenities and cause evacuations very frequently (playing with fire extinguishers, smoking in the stairwell, etc.). I've had to evacuate my apartment between 12-4am over 10 time in the two years I've lived here. i only see this place getting worse as they lower rent. I'm leaving the minute my lease is up.

This place is absolutely amazing. I wanted to move here for about 6 months and walk by it every weekday about 3x (when I’m on my daily walks during my work breaks/lunch right next door) and dreamt what it would be like. It wasn’t at all what I expected. It was so much more. Paradise, if I may. The staff have been extremely courteous, friendly, funny, helpful, giving and real. I have only encountered a cheerful and willing-to-help group here. To say they’ve truly made me feel at home and ease is an understatement. My life has drastically improved. I love it here and my view of the mountains, Salt River and North Valley. VERY high ceilings with HUGE doors – so tall, I can’t reach the top. It even came with speakers to Bluetooth my music to. Shout out to Shirae Pryor who originally gave me a tour and months later remembered me without having to reintroduce myself. She is extremely professional, helpful & goes out of her way. What are you waiting for? Move here as soon as you can.

I am so thankful to the entire Cameron staff for their outstanding service. Primarily on this request it was Don and Ryan. They consistently do such a great job and you can see how hard they work! This community is over 5yrs old now so I understand that things will have more issues over time which makes their jobs more challenging. Don confirmed my request and asked for a convenient day to install my washer. While they were here I mentioned to Ryan about my refrigerator filter and he immediately returned to install it on the spot. They took care of all of my needs in the same day which I was incredibly grateful given my work schedule. Both Ryan and Don were professional and courteous and made me truly feel cared for. I’m so grateful for their hard work and dedication to ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Please give them kudos for being a major asset to the Cameron team!

Our move-in experience was completely disappointing. The apartment was filthy, smelled like mildew and smoke, and clearly wasn't move-in ready despite the assistant manager claiming otherwise. There was mildew in the washer machine, that they ended up replacing and the refrigerator smelled like fish, so bad that they replaced that as well. It was inhabitable and we needed to stay in a hotel. After 2 weeks of telling us it was good to go, we hired a professional to come clean the black floors. While the property manager has since worked to improve things, and the maintenance team has been great, the stress and expense this situation has caused us were completely unacceptable.

I’ve really enjoyed my experience at The Cameron Apartments! The management team has been fantastic—always responsive and helpful whenever I need anything. The amenities are top-notch, especially the gym, which has everything I need for a good workout. The location is super convenient, right next to The Tempe Marketplace, so I’m close to shopping, dining, and entertainment.
