About The Butler

University Holdings is excited to announce our new property that is delivering Fall 2025, called The Butler! Our sister property is Mathis Athens which is located in the heart of Five Points if you've ever been to ZZ & Simone's! This community is located only 1 block from Brumby and Russell Hall and 2 blocks from Downtown Athens. Classes, shops, dining and nightlife are right outside your door step! The Tate Center, SCL and Stadium are also only a 7 minute walk from the property! We offer 1BR, 2BR and 4BR Manor houses with rates that start at only $1,200/ bed. This includes internet, water, trash, landscaping, pest control and parking. Each house will be the nicest finish levels that Athens has to offer and will include hardwood floors throughout, white wood cabinets, quartz countertops, tile back splash in the kitchen, stainless steel appliances, pendant light fixtures with a 55" Flat screen TV mounted in your living room! The community will have large front and back porches and balconies with outdoor fans and patio furniture included. The community will have a ton of green space with fire pits and grills!
