At the stations it was okay , They like to make you pay all this money for no reason especially when these apartments aren't worth that much

I’ve been living at The Bryn for almost a year now and overall, it’s been a great experience. The apartments are spacious, modern, and come fully furnished, which made moving in really convenient. I especially appreciate the in-unit washer and dryer and the decent kitchen appliances. The internet is pretty reliable, which is important for both school and streaming. The community amenities are another strong point—there’s a pool and hot tub, a nice gym, a basketball court, and even a game room. The shuttle to campus is a big plus, and there are shopping centers and restaurants nearby, making the location very convenient.

Terrible experience. The apartment was dirty on arrival, full of pests, and nothing like the photos. Management was rude and unresponsive. Avoid at all costs.

the apartment is nice, my room looks good, nothing is damaged and the bathrooms are in good shape too. most of the thing work fine , with occasional maintenance requirements.

just fine, apartments could've been a lot cleaner at move in and the heat/ac isn't good, the wifi isn't good either. there was an issue with gas and electric the entire time i lived here

This has been a great way to end my senior year. This place is adorable and issues are solved asap. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

My stay at The Bryn Apartments at Vairo Blvd has been amazing. The management team is highly responsive and quick to resolve any issues, ensuring a smooth and comfortable living experience. The well-maintained amenities, including a fitness centre, swimming pool, and beautifully landscaped grounds, add great value to the community. The apartments are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The quiet atmosphere makes it an ideal place for relaxation, while the convenient location provides easy access to shopping, dining, and major highways.

The Bryn provides typical college living conditions for a fair price. The utility payments can get quite high in the winter months so watch your heat utilization. Everything in the apartment is livable, but depending on who lived in your apartment previously it may not be in the best condition. This is typical college living and the norm most places though. I’ve had to contact maintenance multiple times this year for different issues, but they are always fast to respond and resolve your problem. The bedrooms are the best part of the Bryn apartment. Good size with plenty of storage, a double bend, and a large corner desk. The clubhouse provides free meals often and the gym is very convenient. While the benches and some of the machines are not in the best condition, everything is usable. I am overall happy with living at the Bryn and have resigned my lease for next year.

Overall nice area, not too many bad things to say besides the buses and the poor insulation. The staff are always welcoming and one of my favorite parts are the events in the clubhouse.

Great place to live with great amenities, sort of far from downtown but consistent buses make it easy to get anywhere, plus close to food and stores.

Leaving at the Bryn is a nice experience due to the are and the price. Compared to other apartments in state college the Bryn has the most affordable price. Plus you get to be walking distance to many stores and restaurants.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living here! It’s a quiet place just far enough from campus while still close to everything! It’s a great price for what you’re getting, I couldn’t be happier!

My experience living at the Bryn has overall been good! The amenities are good, maintenance usually responds quickly, and the office has been helpful. I think this past year has been a bit noisier than last year, but it isn't disruptive.

Overall a nice place to live. Maintenance is a bit slow and some issues were never fixed despite multiple attempts. But for emergencies they handled it pretty quick

Reasonable pricing for apartments. Good access to bus transportation and the Bryn provides a card for free rides on CATA for all routes. Maintenance is fairly quick to respond to any reported issues and issues can be easily reported through the resident portal.

Great price for the large amount of amenities. There is a lot of grass space to hang out & have picnics. Apartment bedrooms are big and spacious.

The Bryn is a great place to live during the semester, is a 10 min drive from Beaver stadium, and is very local to a variety of different shops. Staff if also very friendly

Decent amenities and maintenance acts fairly quickly, but usually don’t completely fix the problems with the apartment and I end up having to message them multiple times.

My experience living at the Bryn has been great! From all the events to the gym and pool the place is perfect for me. As well as having kind community members

Everyone is so nice, the apartment is in a convenient location. The amenities are a nice touch. You also get a bus pass to make transportation easier

When we came to the apartment it smelled of foul mold and dust and cigarettes. We had to freshen up with febrile and candles and we had to vacuum the entire place because everything was gross and dusty.

Good so far, I have enjoyed my time here. The people at the clubhouse make a big effort to putting on fun events as well. Please don’t start charging us for parking though l, rent is high enough. That would be pure greed

pretty solid apartment with really pleasant staff and maintenance. it is what you would expect from a college apartment but is worth the price.

It’s a good atmosphere, usually very quiet and not much social life. Amenities are fair. Many events are held in the clubhouse that are fun to participate in.

Overall everyone is super nice!! The staff has been helpful and the residents are all fairly nice. Only thing is the walls are thin so noise carries form apartments along with loud stomping from your upstairs neighbors

My expirence so far us good. I like how maintenance are quick to fix problems with the unit, I also like the location because it is close to campus.

I love my apartment and the community. It has great amenities here and so many amazing people. It is pet friendly and there are so many activities. The clubhouse always has something going on.

The community is very clean and well maintained for most parts of the year. I would recommend any new renters to have a visit with the bryn before they make any decisions.

I would say overall my experience living at the Bryn has been a positive one. I like how quickly maintenance comes to fix any issues i may have, i like how quiet the area is and how close it is to everything such as the grocery store, restaurants and other places. I only have 2 complaints. 1 being that there needs to be more buses as the V and the VE are so packed that you can smell the person next to you which is gross. and 2. someone in building 6 spilled food on the steps and spread pumpkin everywhere that its starting to smell and making hard to get to our apartments. I don't know who it was but its so gross.

Living at the Bryn is so fun and comfortable. Everything is in walking distance and the bus passes make it easy to get to get around. The gym is nice too.

So far, my experience has been pretty good. The gym is convenient, and I enjoy the social events management organizes, though I wish they would send out notifications a day in advance. I have just been too lazy to look for the calendar.

Everything has been really good at the Bryn so far. It is a big apartment with lots of room to move around and good amenities. The cost is good for what we are getting.

Pretty good. Slight issues with broken stuff regarding amenities I.e. broken gym equipment and broken package door. Also, small issues regarding fans not working. Overall pretty good place to live.

I love the location of this place, I have near everything that I need. I like all the activities that the community does. The bus stop is just in front of the community

Overall the living experience has been nice -1 star bc my air had stopped working but they were quick to fix and also reliable for maintenance but also frequently giving maintenance request so far that’s a down side

Fairly clean and comes with a free bus pass to all CATA buses. You can tell many expenses were spared in preparing the apartment, with the doors having gaps you can see through and paint was haphazardly coated on all the walls. Solid place to live if you can see past the little things.

Overall nice place. Convenient location and easy accessibility to public transportation. The pool was closed for over a month during the hottest month of summer, and they constantly send emails about unimportant things. The people that work in the office are very nice, which makes it harder to complain, and they rarely let you speak to a manager. Otherwise, most of the residents are nice and respectful of one another. The walls aren’t as thin as you’d expect in an apartment so you cannot hear the people above or below you often. When the pool is open, it is very nice.

It is good for what you pay for. it’s quiet environment so if you like that this is definitely for you. The only thing that i can complain about is the gym equipment is pretty outdated and usually out of order

Good resident community, always something planned for the students at the clubhouse. Maintenance has been very helpful and responds in a timely manor.

Overall, this is a nice place to live. It is in a good location and there are a lot of stores within walking distance. In my apartment though we do have roaches. I t might be because we are on the ground floor but it is not acceptable.

very quiet, spacious. There is a nice pool and lounge area by the main building. The bus system could use more work but not the apartments fault.

I really like the common areas, especially the one with computers and unlimited printing access. Some gym equipment, restrooms, and the water dispenser require constant maintenance, but I hope these will be addressed soon. My advice for improvement would be to focus on maintenance to enhance the experience here. Overall, The Bryn is in a great location, with a bus stop just around the corner, which I find very convenient. Having stores nearby is also a great advantage.

Everyone is so nice and there are always so many different activities to do! The pool and gym area are very accessible and easy to use. There are awkward people outside so it is easy to make friends here!

Its honestly very good there are a lot of events and the staff (especially at the front desk) are very friendly and they always have your interest in mind or at the very least want to help you find a solution to an issue.

Just moved in and I love it!! The staff were all very helpful during move in and answered all my questions! The apartment is well located in state college :)

the apartments for the most part are nice but some thing are a bit dated or not in the best condition( one bathroom has ip to date water knob while the other has a very dated dial which gets stuck, paint splatter in a lot of places, door under the sink was hanging off from not being screwed in). amenities are great tho

The place was a little dirty when first moved in. they claimed we would have a chair for our living room and there was none. floors and carpet were really nice. the paint job was a little all over the place but besides that it was really nice
