I've been in my apartment for a week now and it's been all red carpet from day one, the staff is great and the complex and amenities are fantastic. Highly recommend.

Decent apartments but please be warned! There is a Lincoln SUV that parks here whose car alarm occasionally goes off 20-30 times all throughout the night. It’s 4am as I write this because it’s been keeping me up. I can also here my downstairs neighbors moving around and I’m guessing they can’t sleep as well. Ear plugs don’t work because the windows here are not very soundproof. I’ve talked to the office multiple times about this for one year now and they seem sympathetic and yet here I am typing a frustrated google review in the middle of the night. Cue cheezy, cookie cutter ‘we’re sorry’ response by the company below.

Broadstone McKinney was amazing when we first moved it. Original management was awesome, super helpful and always went above and beyond. New management acts like they do not care. Apartments and amenities are nice.

I moved into Broadstone McKinney 2 weeks ago on July 1st and discovered BOOKLICE! They are getting into my food, my dishes, in the bathroom, carpet....everywhere. Now, I am having to move out because they refused to put me up in a hotel while they treat my unit. Furthermore, the property manager came to my apartment and threatened to make me sign a "form" so that I won't talk about the booklice with anyone else. I am having to throw away all my brand new furniture without any compensation, and I am losing everything almost overnight and being thrown out of my own home (which is what it feels like). This has been a total nightmare.
Never expected to make so many friends at my apartment but the people who live here are so nice and the leasing staff is so helpful. Amazon messed up on my delivery and Jordon literally dropped what he was doing to help. Glad I have such great people watching my back!
Hands down the best place I have ever lived at! The people are cool and the staff is awesome. I wasn't able to tour in person but they made the leasing process so easy! I'm very picky and they were the only community to send me videos of the actual apartment and all the amenities. They truly care and it shows!
Broadstone McKinney knows how to make apartment living enjoyable! The community is beautiful and provides you will all the amenities plus more that you look for when searching for an apartment. The staff is the best staff I have ever had living in apartments. They are extremely helpful and go above and beyond for their applicants and residents. The apartment itself is beautiful, granite countertops, open kitchen concept with large island, spacious living areas and a big enough balcony to where you can actually relax and hang out. The community amenities are amazing and are a huge reason why I chose Broadstone McKinney. This is how you comfortably live in an apartment!

Choosing to live at the Broadstone was a no brainer. Zack and Brenda have been outstanding every step of the way. The layout was exactly what we wanted. I fell in love with the apartment as soon as I walked in. The amenities are phenomenal. To be able to say that Im the first person to live in my apartment makes me very happy. We love it.

Very kind staff and lovely facilities. The pool calls my name every warm day and when going into the leasing office, gym, or mailroom, it feels like a resort. The apartments are beautiful, with high ceilings, modern colors, an abundance of cabinetry, and more. Nicest place I have personally lived in so far!

All things you're told during leasing do not occur as a resident. Peaceful place to live..no. Vetted out residents..no. Fireworks off the patio at midnight..yes. Loud music and yelling from cars and homes and hallways..yes. Management that comes close to being able to do their job..no. Dirty looks when you bring management these issues..yes. I was looking forward to moving out of the city and somewhere peaceful. I promise you, whoever us reading this, it is not nice or peaceful here. Brand new place already getting run down by tenants and lack of competent managment.
