I love my apartment. The neighbors are so friendly and welcoming. The leasing office and maintenance are very professional and work hard to keep our community clean and safe. If u are looking for a home , You will find it in the Bowery.

The people in the leasing office are very professional and helpful. The maintenance people are respectful and professional. My neighbors are very nice people and respectful peaceful. For these to be my first apartment u love it and can see myself stay for a couple more years

I moved here in February, this is the first apartment that I’l don’t have any complaints, the move in process was extremely stress free, Lakeisha is amazing and so is Elizabeth they both work diligently with you and your family I can finally say I found my home here at the Bowery.

Since I have moved to the Bowery I have had the best experience. The complex is quiet and very organized. Anytime I have an issue it has been addressed and resolved immediately.

Moved over here July of last year and process was easy and the office staff was wonderful. Apartments are very quiet and there’s a newly built park for me to take my son. I love it here

I’m a current resident and since new management took over they have invested a lot in renovations including updated pool and apts and a new playground for kids to play. It’s quiet over here as well. I do miss having 24 hr security. I wish the new owners would provide this considering crime has went up. No issues elsewhere.

I have recently moved here some months ago & so far I’m in love with these apartments. The office people are so nice & understanding, the maintenance men always get the job done. If you’re looking for nice & quiet environment I would recommend The Bowery.

This would be my 2nd year at The Bowery. The apartments are nice and modern on the inside. The rent is affordable and most importantly the complex is quiet!

They renovated the apartments and build a park and have a gym and pool. Maintenance also comes in a timely manner and it's a gated community so I feel safe here.

First I would like to say Kesha is great she helps you solve the problem that you are having , the apartments are nice & quiet I have lived here 3 years now & had no problems or anything , nice gated community.

I have no complaints from doing my application to moving in the office staff has been very helpful I’m satisfied with everything I love my new apartment everything was clean when I moved in and I actually feel safe here I lived here years ago and I’m happy that I decided to move back I plan on being here for a while

Out of 2 years I’ve had No Break ins when it comes to my apartment and car they have mod police patrolling the area or even sometimes sitting in the apartments I love how safe my complex is

We couldn't be happier. Our apartment was wonderfully clean and I'm great condition. LaKeesha was terrific in helping us find exactly what we wanted and went above and east beyond what others did at other complexes. Ms. Battle is diligent and forthright in her efforts to maintain a quarterly property and as I said, we couldn't be happier.

I’ve been enjoying my stay at The Bowery since August 2023. I have a renovated apartment, which includes a new washer, dryer, microwave, and stainless steel appliances. There’s a park for my son to play. My neighbors are nice, and I haven’t had any disturbances. I am satisfied with the apartment I’m renting!

I currently stay here. The pictures is exactly how the place look. I love staying over here. It’s quiet and the price is worth it.

I recall what the apartments looked like a few years back and since the upgrades and renovations the units look more updated, Better appliances, and cosmetically and aesthetically appealing! There is a gym on site, updated pool, and a new playground. Such great improvements I can’t wait to see what else is in store with the new management

Gates apartment, nice park , and nice workout area.

I just moved in on April 17 and I love the apartment I got. It has a little work that needs done but nothing that can't be easily fixed....great community and convenient school for my kids across the street.

Ms.Keisha is really down to earth, straight forward and easy to deal with.The moving process went great and as she said it would,no problems at all.I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone that's looking for somewhere to move to.Its pretty laid back and quiet over here, with great management

The staff is extremely friendly and professional. They are definitely busy making positive changes and doing their best for the apartment community. Lakesha the leasing consultant was extremely helpful and did everything she could to make sure everything was in order. I recommend.

Management will have you thinking they will work with you after you have been honest about past eviction and tell you to pay the none refundable deposit online and don't deliver it have happened to a lot of people i know even me smh they rich about now lol
