Staff has been great and the building location is perfect, but not having a working thermostat for almost a month is really just unacceptable for a building of this caliber & expense. I know the thermostat was on back-order from the manufacturer, but 1 or 2 back-ups should be kept on-hand in a building of this size. Thanks

Maintenance and upkeep of building is pure trash. Speaking of trash go check out the one over filled with nothing but dog poop that’s spilling on to the sidewalk out back. Other than that, if something breaks. Fix it? No. Ignore it. If it was broken by a tenant. Charge them? Yes. Replace it? No. Management will take accountability for absolutely nothing. If the issue at hand isn’t completely ignored you’ll receive a finger pointed at someone else.

Regarding the trash area, our maintenance team thoroughly inspected and resolved the issue immediately following the holiday. These areas are monitored and serviced weekly to ensure cleanliness and organization. With respect to repairs and replacements, when a resident moves out, our team carefully compares the unit's condition to its original move-in state, taking normal wear and tear into consideration. However, in some instances, such as when carpet is heavily stained beyond what is considered normal wear and tear, we have no choice but to replace it to ensure the next resident moves into a home that meets our quality standards. Our goal is always to be fair and transparent while maintaining a high level of care for our community. This is a perfect location and a beautiful apartment! I like the security along with ability to have pets. It’s a very clean building. The only downfall is the lack of parking when having guest over.

The Bower has been an amazing place to call home! The staff is great and I have met some great lifelong friends. The location is fantastic- I love walking the promenade to the Galleria and Centennial Lakes.

This is my 2nd time living at the bower and it’s hands down the best renting experience I’ve had. Andrew, Brynna and Thompson, the leasing staff, are quick to respond and always bubbly and kind. The building itself is well taken care of, quiet, and you can’t beat the location. You’re walking distance to just about everything you could need and the airport is a quick 13 minute drive. 10/10 would recommend to anyone considering the Edina area.

I recently toured the bower and it is a stunning property. The building is gorgeous and the layouts of the units offered a ton of space. I briefly interacted with the new manager and the woman who toured me was very knowledgeable. Everyone was very welcoming. If all goes as planned, I am definitely planning on making the bower my new home come summer. And that golf simulator is awesome!
