The Bowen has been an exceptional community property. The team working here is welcoming and dedicated. They take great care of the property and promptly address any concerns you may have. Overall, it is well-maintained, and the employees provide excellent customer service.

The Bowen has been excellent, and the staff has been very kind to me and my daughter. The move-in experience has been smooth and enjoyable.

Overall The Bowen is a great place to live. All of the employees, from the manager, to the leasing agents, to the concierge staff, to the custodians who take care of the building truly go above and beyond. They are always there in time of need. They are the ones who really make this building great.

I’ve had a very good experience living at the Bowen. The building itself is thoughtfully designed and well-constructed, offering a level of soundproofing and quality you don’t often find. Sure I can find some issues too, but not many people have moved 20 times like myself. Maintenance is truly top-notch—requests are addressed promptly, and the staff genuinely cares about keeping everything in excellent condition. The community atmosphere here is another standout feature. Happy hours and resident events create opportunities to connect with neighbors, though the environment remains primarily professional and tranquil, which I appreciate. With a majority of residents being older professionals, there’s a sense of privacy, respect, and safety that makes living here a pleasure. Overall, this is a very nice place to live if you’re seeking a balance between community engagement and a peaceful, private lifestyle. Highly recommend!

The team has changed over the last few years but I really appreciate the current team. The introduction from the new manager was incredible, haven’t met her yet but I look forward to it. The concierge team is more than helpful and the maintenance team goes above and beyond. I would recommend The Bowen to anyone looking for a home away from home or a more permanent stay.

A building is only as good as the way the team responds - so far, it's been excellent

Very well kept property, friendly, professional, helpful staff and located in the Domain which allows walking to the many restaurants, Whole Foods, shopping stores, movies, comedy club and the soccer stadium.

A great place to live due to location, courteous professional staff, and property condition/upkeep. Has room for improvements; needs a social game area and the fitness center needs a power rack with free weights.

Overall good experience living at community. Community takes security very seriously, which is a big plus. concierge and front desks are really helpful and their work is exceptional.

The staff is very professional, courteous, and helpful. The property is kept in excellent condition. The only shortfall is the fitness center lacking a power rack for bench press, squatting, dead lifts, etc.

Fantastic experience living at The Bowen so far. A close walk through the park to the shops/bars/restaurants on Rock Rose Ave. The quality of building amenities are superb and they are kept in immaculate condition by the onsite staff. The building has a great community feeling without being noisy. The concierge and leasing staff are super friendly and always available to help.

Lots of problems with doors not closing securely. Package room, doors from garage. The package room has not shut correctly for almost 2 months.

Best complex in Austin! Amenities are always clean, and feel safe living here.

We enjoy calling the Bowen home. The amenities and attention to details are great but the outstanding staff is really what sets the Bowen aside from everyone else.

The Maintenance Team is quick and efficient in resolving requests. When new parts didn't fix an icemaker/water dispenser problem, Eric went to bat for us with the management to find a better solution. They replaced the entire refrigerator! They did it while I was at work and moved all the contents to the new refrigerator transferring the contents to exactly the same place/organization as the old one. Clearly, the resident's satisfaction is their priority @The Bowen!

The Bowen is a wonderful place to live. Great amenities with a focus on cleanliness. Apartments and hallways are maintained efficiently and in a timely manner. The people who run the Bowen and the residents are warm and welcoming. For my first living experience in Texas, I could not have made a better choice.

Samantha was amazing for the whole moving process. David was welcoming and helped us amazingly on our moving day. Management and Concierge have been welcoming and we are excited to be part of The Bowen!

If you are sensitive to noise, and especially if working from home, I strongly urge you to consider other options. I have been living at the Bowen for several months and have been extremely frustrated during my time here. Like many, I work from home and desired a quiet location free from noise and distraction. During my tour, I made it clear that I was sensitive to noise and needed quiet and was only reassured in this area. A couple weeks after moving in, the poolside sound system was installed and began to play very loud music from 7:30 am to 11:30pm. It was loud enough to be heard over the TV. After asking management 5 or 6 times to please turn the music down, I was contacted by the manager, who after listening to my objections proceeded to argue with me and refuse to do anything about it. The callous response of management has possibly been worse than the awful music they insist on playing for 14 hours a day. Besides the sound and management issues, there have been a litany of frustrations and annoyances. A breaker that continues to trip in my living room even after three visits from maintenance, unsecured clanging pipes, hot water that shuts off after midnight; for the cost this place is definitely not worth it.

Living at The Bowen has been an absolute dream! As a longtime homeowner I was anxious about apartment living, but I’ve been beyond impressed. Not only is the building and apartment visually stunning, the entire staff is so, so friendly. I’m still a little blown away that when they see me, they know my name. It’s the little things that make this really feel like my new HOME.

I was looking for a residence similar to a condo or townhome quality - having moved out of a house for relocation. This is a great location with well appointed unit finishings combined with a very professional staff and well thought out amenities and I appreciate the secure parking garage doors and cameras.

Great staff. Great location. Great units. Only issues at the moment stem from being such a new building.
