Following a bend in the Colorado River, Westfield extends from the river north to Enfield Road, following the road until it reaches the Mopac Expressway. The neighborhood contains a stretch of parks from the river northward, including Eilers Park, home to the historic Deep Eddy. A large portion of this small neighborhood is occupied by the Lions Municipal Golf Course, an 18-hole course that opened in 1924.
The historic Stone Windmill, once home to Effie Cara and Wylie Wilson Bennett, is a unique feature in the Johnson Creek Greenbelt, which also features a hiking and biking trail. Westenfield Neighborhood Park, located at the north end of the greenbelt, contains a playground, a swimming pool, and a walkway. If you’re moving to Westfield with a dog, you’ll appreciate having Redbud Isle Park, home to a leash-free dog park, nearby.
While Westfield is primarily residential, there are some great destinations to try. The Hula Hut, located on the river, provides great views of Lake Austin.

Everything is really really great. The staff is wonderful. Maintenance is wonderful but the parking spaces are much too narrow. They’re all built for compact cars. I’m sorry most of us are not driving compact cars if you notice lol anyway that would be my issue. That’s it. that’s the only thing thank you so much.

Mostly good place to live. Nice amenities, great location. Maintenance is responsive but we’ve needed tons of repairs since moving in, including repeated visits on the same problems — including a leaking sink and leaking AC unit. Plus our dishwasher is 10 years old, disgusting, and doesn’t function well. There has been minimal recognition from management that so many problems are out of the ordinary, let alone much attempt at remedy other than reactive fixes.

The location can't be beat, and we enjoy the layout of our 2/2. The community is quiet and welcoming. However, our apartment was not move-in ready (our primary shower door is broken, rendering the shower useless) and we've had trouble going back-and-forth with management to get it fixed. The various people in the front office appear not to communicate with one another. It's frustrating, but once we get that worked out, we expect this will be a great place to live.

The place is nice and has a fast response to maintenance requests. The office staff are nice and responsive. The place is relatively clean. Occasionally, there are some paint smell that I belive must be for other residence that bothers a little, but it doesn't happen too often.

I've really loved living here. The neighborhood is great, the staff is nice, maintenance is awesome, the grounds are beautiful. My one suggestion is that the interiors are too outdated for the rent price. The interior carpeting is gross and undesirable and the kitchens are due for some quick upgrades. One other thing to note (for potential renters) is that there are other typical apartment issues: lack of water pressure when someone else in your apt is using water, occasional cockroaches, etc.

It is decently managed but horribly overpriced. I am also astonished to see the bathtub being painted and within a year the paint is peeling off.

The management team is extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Expect additional costs on top of your lease. Also, huse nast cockroaches in the older apartments. Stay away if possible.

The complex is very attractive and well taken care of. The location and the neighbors in the apartment can't be beat. Twice the staff has rescued me when I accidentally left my garage door opener inside the car and closed the garage. That was above the call of duty and greatly appreciated.

We recently moved to Boulevard At Town Lake from Massachusetts. While that was a daunting move, Ian and the staff have been nothing but excellent. They have provided great feedback on the area, and made the transition much easier for us.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. I can't say it enough! We have had NUMEROUS problems with this property including my car getting keyed with curse words on it, our apartment door left wide open by maintenance during a holiday week, our AC and numerous things in our apartment breaking, our mailbox getting broken into numerous times, individuals stealing packages, a person evicted from an apartment nearby... and recently a friends car towed when there were no guest spots available and numerous cars around him without stickers as well. The apartment made us pay for the towing service on top of the amount of money I've already spent fixing my own car. The management (which changes every month) has been extremely unhelpful in working with us in all of these instances. This apartment is NOT worth the money. It is run down and they raised the rent for next year (thankfully we're leaving!). I highly DO NOT recommend.

You would not want my comments right now because I am dissatisfied with many things. I also live in an apartment in Washington, DC (I go back and forth). It costs the same but they are proud of their property and keep it updated and in excellent shape. I don't see that kind of pride here.

We had the most incredible help from the staff executing our lease and moving in. They were very friendly and easy to work with, which is of the utmost priority under our current circumstances with the pandemic. I couldnt recommend this place more as the location, amenities, staff, and overall apartments are incredible. Check in with them to see about their specials and learn more if youre even remotely curious. The front office team is the best!!
