The Boulevard At Town Lake

I’ve really enjoyed living at Boulevard at Town Lake. The location is hard to beat, amenities are well kept, and maintenance is responsive. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home.

The place is pretty sweet due to its location. The apartment layout is charming and things are well placed. The whole complex itself is well kept and the other tenants are very friendly.

Great staff! Always helpful, friendly and supportive. Quick to respond and helpful when asked questions. I have lived here for 5 years and have never had any issues.

I love the location here and being close to the trail and HEB. I would say it is a bit on the older side of a build and natural light is good.

The Bouvelard is my favorite apartment complex I’ve lived at! It’s in a great location with a very friendly community. I cannot wait to live here another year.

The professionalism and responsiveness of the maintenance team is exceptional and something far above which I have experienced all my life. I highly highly recommend this property. If for nothing else it would be them, but the whole team is very very exceptional.

The Boulevard at Town Lake apartment complex is a safe, well-kept apartment complex in which to live. It has a safe, quiet environment that is extremely well-located. I have lived here during several iterations of staff, and the personnel has been consistently proficient and professional. The maintenance team is responsive and competent.

So many things I enjoy about living at the Boulevard. It's peaceful. It's a great location with walkability to some of Austin's top outdoor destinations like barton springs, zilker park, deep eddy and the greenbelt. In addition, you can walk to HEB, CVS, Maudies, Pool Burger. You just can't beat the locations I lov

Very happy with the community so far! It's only been about a month, but we love the feel of the community with the various structures, embedded nature throughout, and friendly people.

We are so happy with the Boulevard at Town Lake! Every part of the moving process, from the first contact with the leasing staff to the resources, facilities and apartment itself - it has been absolutely outstanding. Renting an apartment in the United States whilst located overseas was a daunting process but the Boulevard at Town Lake made it simple. I would recommend this place to anyone moving to Austin! I could not think of anywhere I would rather live.

I have lived here for 2 years - Service requests always performed timely, great location and friendly helpful staff! The dog park is a great amenity as well, walking distance to HEB, deep eddy pool and the trail / zilker. Quiet and safe but also very close to downtown

Quick and efficient maintenance team, great walkable location, the trees and landscaping here really add to the charm of the community. Apartments are beautiful and spacious, great experience overall!

Everything is really really great. The staff is wonderful. Maintenance is wonderful but the parking spaces are much too narrow. They’re all built for compact cars. I’m sorry most of us are not driving compact cars if you notice lol anyway that would be my issue. That’s it. that’s the only thing thank you so much.

I've only been at Boulevard at Town Lake for a few weeks, but I'm loving it so much already. 10/10 would recommend!

Mostly good place to live. Nice amenities, great location. Maintenance is responsive but we’ve needed tons of repairs since moving in, including repeated visits on the same problems — including a leaking sink and leaking AC unit. Plus our dishwasher is 10 years old, disgusting, and doesn’t function well. There has been minimal recognition from management that so many problems are out of the ordinary, let alone much attempt at remedy other than reactive fixes.

Perfect location walkable to downtown Austin and attraction. Very helpful staff and responsive maintenance. Spacious apartments, quiet , clean community and pet friendly. It's home!

Everyone in the office is absolutely amazing! Leasing an apartment was so smooth :) From finding the right unit to the application, they are all there to help!

The location can't be beat, and we enjoy the layout of our 2/2. The community is quiet and welcoming. However, our apartment was not move-in ready (our primary shower door is broken, rendering the shower useless) and we've had trouble going back-and-forth with management to get it fixed. The various people in the front office appear not to communicate with one another. It's frustrating, but once we get that worked out, we expect this will be a great place to live.

The location, layout, and ease of parking are great. However, our unit was not move-in ready and even now two weeks later we are not any closer and we're still having to pester, beg, and cajole management to follow through on promised repairs and timelines.

The place is nice and has a fast response to maintenance requests. The office staff are nice and responsive. The place is relatively clean. Occasionally, there are some paint smell that I belive must be for other residence that bothers a little, but it doesn't happen too often.

The staff and maintenance teams at Boulevard at Town Lake are friendly and professional. They take very good care of their tenants and the property.

I am coming up on a year at Townlake. My experience here has been extremely superior to any other properties I’ve ever lived in. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful even with my computer issues at letting me come into the office area and help me. The maintenance staff is Johnny on the spot. Extremely good at what they do and overall excellent and every situation And the convenience I can get to anything I need in less than 15 minutes where I’m at pretty well surprised and pleased at the outcome in the last year

I have had a wonderful experience in this community. The staff is truly amazing. I have found everyone to be friendly and professional. The move in process went well and the very few issues we had were addressed. It was easy to give a five star rating!

The staff and the community at Boulevard of Townlake are exceptional. Not only are they helpful regarding my apartment, they also help me with technical support lol when my computer is down or my printer is down, they have been extremely good at everything they do.

Boulevard has always been great and the management team is very responsive to requests! The facilities are well maintained and I love using the pool and gym.

I've really loved living here. The neighborhood is great, the staff is nice, maintenance is awesome, the grounds are beautiful. My one suggestion is that the interiors are too outdated for the rent price. The interior carpeting is gross and undesirable and the kitchens are due for some quick upgrades. One other thing to note (for potential renters) is that there are other typical apartment issues: lack of water pressure when someone else in your apt is using water, occasional cockroaches, etc.

It is decently managed but horribly overpriced. I am also astonished to see the bathtub being painted and within a year the paint is peeling off.

I have been a resident for over six years, and I have experienced a number of weather-related and resident-related incidents that have been handled by management satisfactorily.

The management team is extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Expect additional costs on top of your lease. Also, huse nast cockroaches in the older apartments. Stay away if possible.

The complex is very attractive and well taken care of. The location and the neighbors in the apartment can't be beat. Twice the staff has rescued me when I accidentally left my garage door opener inside the car and closed the garage. That was above the call of duty and greatly appreciated.

Lovely garden complex. Lots of large trees and well maintained grounds, including a small lake. Fantastic dog park! Helpful staff. Perfect location.
