The Buro is by far the best apartment community in terms of price, location and management in the greater Atlanta area. My apartment is huge compared to most rental units and the exterior areas are always clean and well maintained. The location is right in the middle of the best shopping and easy access to Marta, Ga. 400 and I 85. It's the perfect apartment.

Not the best apartment complex, but they have okay rental rates. Make sure you know about all the hidden fees upfront before agreeing to live here.

Love this place. Marietta is such a lovely person. She showed me the apartment I'm in now and is such a sweet young lady. I love the unit she have me. My son also lives here now. Just remember, living here in the ATL/Buckhead area the car theft and break in's are high EVERYWHERE. I have been very blessed living here.

I love it here 5 years in .... anything I need fixed it gets done... no noise complaints surrounded walking distance to everywhere I love it here...

My stay at Kingsboro over the past two years has been a wonderful experience. Maintenance requests are usually completed the same day they are submitted. Kerry and Maritta in the leasing office have been awesome and have truly made my time at Kingsboro Luxury Apartments a 10/10. The apartment complex is peaceful, within walking distance of almost everything, and I would highly recommend it to anyone—I have no complaints whatsoever!

Kingsboro is a Hidden Gem in Buckhead. Apartments are Beautiful and Spacious. Community Respectful and Maintained properly. Issues are owed and fixed in a timely manner. Staff go Above and Beyond especially Kerry she probably feels like a social worker. Marita Great!! It is a very Friendly Community. I have enjoyed living here maybe you will as well.

The apartment is very nice, it's in a convenient location and had great amenities.

Kingsboro is a very quiet facility with a staff that is overall responsive and always pleasant. Recent exterior painting, pool refurbishing and landscape improvements are refreshing and much needed. Interior hallway walls, elevator cleanliness, and more frequent carpet cleaning is needed.

I moved into Kingsboro Luxury Apartments last summer, and it has been an exceptional experience from start to finish. The leasing office staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient during my move-in process and have continued to provide great service months later. They are attentive to my needs and consistently go above and beyond to ensure I feel at home. The maintenance team is equally impressive, always prompt and professional, resolving any issues quickly and with a smile. But what truly sets Kingsboro apart is the sense of community here. It's a vibrant and friendly atmosphere, where neighbors genuinely care for each other. From the beautifully maintained grounds to the top-notch amenities, living here feels like a daily indulgence. I couldn't be happier with my decision to call Kingsboro Luxury Apartments my home.

Staff Carrie and Roger go above and beyond to make your Living Experience Great. The Apartments are Beautiful and Huge inside. A lot of Green Space. Convenient Shopping blocks away. Community is Nice and Quiet.

Management team is so nice and always helpful. The new maintenance guys are attentive and hardworking. The location and convenience are unmatched! My apartment is spacious and the community is quiet.

I really appreciate the people at Kingsboro! They help improve the residence experience. I always feel comfortable asking them questions and reaching out with concerns.

I absolutely love how convenient the location of my apartment. I am literally walking distance from the mall, my job, my son's school, restaurant and bar options, both LA Fitness and LifeTime Fitness, Target, and Publix! The on-site fitness center is fully equipped with a smith machine, free weights, and barbell. Kerry, Maritta, Krystal, and Bilal are all super friendly and always helpful. Lastly, you won't find another apartment this large in Buckhead for this price. I am super happy and see myself staying here for years to come.

Clean and quiet complex, excellent and fast maintenance, the location is close to markets and public transportation

We moved here needing to establish a corporate apartment due to a job nearby and the experience has been disappointing and truly awful since day-one. The common areas are disgustingly filthy. Requests for common areas to be deep and professionally cleaned go unresolved. Stained, stinky common hallway carpets never get cleaned professionally. If you are a professional, or if you have children and require sleep at sleep at night, rent elsewhere. Constant loud music at all hours of the night and early morning. We call security and it takes literally hours for them to respond — if they ever respond. There’s been no remedy to noise complaints at 3 and 4 a.m. by management or security and it just keeps happening. Repair requests usually require multiple attempts before they are fully resolved. Everything is old and worn out here. It’s an old property, but the location for our work required a place in this area. We wish we would have explored more before committing to renting here. The trash rooms are filthy all the time. Carpets stained in common hallways. Roaches and pests can be seen regularly in common areas and hallways. There are much newer, cleaner properties in walking distance of this complex. Rent wisely. Responses, if any, from on-site management to concerns is just a standard corporate response, but nothing really changes for the better. Elevators are usually gross and it’s embarrassing to bring anyone to visit because the common areas are so filthy all the time. We had hoped a new mgt. company would make improvements, but we haven’t seen any. I’m fact, things are even worse now then they were previously. Pool is almost always nasty and dirty. I would not get in that pool if you paid me to do so. If you are young and don’t have any significant job responsibilities or children and just want to smoke weed and party all the time, this might be the place for you. If you have kids, or if you have to work everyday, you might consider a different place with a more discerning and less apathetic management team. There’s no excuse for the property to be so neglected all the time. If you are a discerning renter, consider other options elsewhere in the area. As we have learned the hard way, this complex is not a good choice for our family.

New management team is diligently providing customer service to improve the living situations of all tenants. Hopefully, this turnaround in management will put the luxury back in luxury apartment living.

If you are looking for an affordable apartment in a very quiet neighborhood, then Kingsboro Luxury Apartments is the place to be. Lenox Mall and Phipps Plaza are in walking distance. Lenox train station is only a few blocks. Plenty of places to do your shopping. All without driving your car. Restaurants, etc. Overall, the place to be...

It's a great value-add, frictionless experience. Centrally located but in its own quiet niche of city. Totally satisfied!

It's a great location and the staff is very helpful

I’ve been living at Kingsboro apartments for about two years now and what really attracted me to the live here was the spacious floor plan. The price was fairly reasonable, but seems to increase yearly. I also pay extra each month for my unit to have wood floors (you would think after paying extra every month for 2 years the cost of the wood floors would be paid off). The thing is I wouldn’t mind rent increases if there were improvements in the building and community, unfortunately that’s not the case here. Nothing ever seems to be upgraded or improved. When we toured, we were told the gym was going to be renovated and this was a selling point, but two years have passed since then and there’s been no renovations made. The unit itself is nice, but appliances like the oven, washer/ dryer, bathroom counters, etc. could definitely use an upgrade. I’m really hoping to see some sort of improvement of changes before I make the decision to renew my lease for another year.

I relocated from California to Atlanta September 2021. Maritta mad the process extremely smooth from beginning to end. It a quiet building and neighborhood. The apartment was more than I could have imagined and/or could see online. I love that is walking distance to the grocery store, Lenox mall and few restaurants.

Complex is located in a good location, nearby to shopping, the staff is among the most friendly we’ve experienced here, but the complex and units need a ton of love and attention to upkeep and cleanliness, which we hope will happen soon under the new owners. Things have been neglected and not maintained, but the on site team seems to work hard and do their best with what they have to work with from corporate owners who clearly do not care as much about the property as the local team who try their best.

What a great place to live. All the amenities one could ask for, and the neighborhood is awesome. There are plenty of places to walk to, great parks nearby, and we love shopping at the mall. The staff here, especially Marita has been awesome with any questions and requests. Maintenance in professional, friendly, and fast.

There is nothing luxury about these apartments aside from their location. I have lived here three years now. We love the location but are strongly considering leaving at the end of my current lease. I do not feel my family is safe and I do not feel the management addresses any issues. In fact they hide issues. The building is old. The appliances are old. There are roaches everywhere. Black mold grows in the showers. the windows are not sealed, leak water and likewise grow black mold. There is no security. They will say there is security. But it’s a communal security that covers about 7 or 8 apartment building and consists of a guy driving around your building in a security car maybe once a day. The building does not feel safe at all. Our car has been broken in to several times. My son came to visit last Christmas and had his window smash. At least 3 cars have been left on blocks. One Christmas packages were stolen. Recently, a group of homeless people took up living in the top level parking deck. Not only has nothing been done to address the issues, management made no mention of them to residents at all and pretends as if nothing has happened. The gate breaks often and remains open for anyone to come it. Even when the gate works people follow residents in all the time. They sit and wait by the gate. A resident that lives directly above me on the top floor has made a habit of throwing his dog poop off his patio and onto the sidewalk. The first time, the threw several bags full of dog poop into the trees on the sidewalk. The bags sat in the trees for months until they finally broke and rained dog poop all over the sidewalk. the next time, I watched them shovel poop off their patio and dump it on to the sidewalk where my Kids like to play. The next time they did the same thing, i took pictures and sent them to management. I reported it each time and nothing ever came of it. The unit next to us operates as an AirBNB. Nearly every weekend there is a different group of people coming in, partying, being loud, etc. we have reported it numerous times and nothing comes of it. I’m sure managing a property is not necessarily easy, but there is just no real concern whatsoever about the residents. there is no real effort at all to provide a true “luxury” living experience. we have enjoyed certain aspects, primarily the location as said previously. But all in all, it is a severe disappointment and not at all worth what you pay.

Maintenance and management need to upgrade the units. Old and broken washers,multiple issues of bugs and roaches.

Had a few issues with water leaking into my Apartment and also issues with the shower and dishwasher. The office staff was awesome at keeping me updated as more than one visit was needed. They were also very friendly and understanding of the maintenance requests. The maintenance team was also very nice and understanding of what needed to be addressed.

I have lived here for 8 months now. I absolutely love it. It is very secure and safe (that’s coming from someone on the ground floor). I haven’t seen any bugs at all! Maintenance is always quick to respond to all request and the property managers are always extremely helpful. I also absolutely love the location of the apartments in Buckhead! And they are really spacious layouts too.

The gate is constantly broken and is left open for days, sometimes weeks at a time. In the last six weeks, two vehicles have literally had all four wheels removed during the night and many more have been broken into. When asked, the office informs residents that the cameras in the garage don't work/don't have footage/don't cover that part of the property. When the gates are open, literally anyone can walk into not just the garage--but the entire building. They can use the elevators, be in the hallways, or at your door. This is NOT a safe situation, and management has done nothing to remedy it. The "security" person they told us they hired is almost NEVER seen on the property and certainly is NO deterrent. The gates need to be replaced. Also, the doors/elevators from the garage need to have fob access/control only. I have lived in this complex since 2012, the first 5 years were awesome. In the past 3 years, this property has undergone personnel changes so often, I literally would not recognize one of the office personnel if I tripped over them in the hallway. If we were not in the middle of a global pandemic, I would have moved last summer, but regardless of the situation this summer, I'm done. For the price I'm paying, I can do so much better.

Do not send them and paycheck stubs it anything until you are absolutely sure you want to stay here!!! They will charge you a deposit and an ap fee !!! I don't even log into the portal to start the process of applying because I changed my mind the next day and saw something better, they charged me anyway, and I have proof that nothing was ran....

I have lived at Kingsboro apartments for three years. Yet you are in a nice area in buckhead, the apartments are really old. They look decent on the outside but once you move in, you will have bugs year round. Pros: Nice area, Quite Cons: Bugs all year round (management won't put in new installations to keep bugs out; The apartments are so old you see water bugs, centipedes, silverfish bugs in your bathroom, kitchen and more. All management will do is spray but nothing more to keep them out) Management, especially, Maritza the assistant manager is mean and fake. I heard her speak about other residents once they left After leaving this nasty, bug filled place, I was able to find someone better. The lower price isn't worth the bugs and silverfish everyday. Beware!!!

I currently live here in a 2 bed/2 bath along with a roommate that I have had for the last 7 years. We have lived here since May 2017 and I have nothing but great things to say about Kingsboro along with their staff. They have always been helpful and courteous whenever my roommate or I have had a request. I am from Atlanta and we have lived in a few different places in Lenox and Brookhaven including Post Properties and this exceeds the highest value of any apartment I have ever lived in. These apartments are spacious, elegant, and incredibly homey/comfortable. I love having the tall ceilings, granite counter tops, hardwood floors, brand new washer and dryer, shower and bath tub, indoor-gated parking garage with my designated parking spot, and a gym. I work from home 1-2 times a week and this is one of the very few apartments that has room for an office. Kingsboro feels more like a home or even a condo compared to your typical apartment. All the appliances are updated and the staff is always available to help with any requests. The indoor hallways are always vacuumed and smell fresh, the room with the trash shoot (on every floor) is always taken care of, they replace our air filter every 2 months, and they are always finding new ways to make this place great! I won't mention names as I'm not sure I am allowed to on here, but every single person on the staff are some of the nicest people I have ever met. They see me a lot as I do a bunch of online shopping and occasionally have to pick up packages downstairs, but they are always kind and professional. I move out August 31st of this year, but hopefully I will be able to move into a 1 bedroom and be able to stay here for awhile depending on the availability.
