I’ve been here since February and every issue I have had I had got it fix either the same day or the next day! No problems with maintenance, respectably landlords. Just a great experience overall!!
They claim the apartment was move in ready and it was NOWHERE near ready. It was trashed. They treat you like a nuisance. They don’t care that people smoke weed in the house when they claim it’s smoke free. It is a joke here. Don’t waste your money
Very friendly and knowledgeable office staff thoroughly explained all that is included in the apartment they have available; they so kindly offered to give me a walk through of an apartment so I could see exactly what I would be living in along with the amenities of the property. The property was very clean and very close to stores, restaurants and the mall. I would highly recommend this property if you are interested in looking for an apartment in Killeen and thank you to the office staff for making me feel right at home.
The office staff is very friendly and communicates with their residents very professionally. If you keep in touch with them they are always willing to work with you. I'm glad I made the decision to live here.
They are terrible. They are priced decently but it’s not worth the headache with these people.

An apartment just went up today for May 5th. I wanted to ask a few questions. I called 6 times and you can hear someone answer and then hang up without a response. I called the number through this site 3 times and then went directly to the apartments complexes website and called 3 more times. If you can't even answer a few questions about an upcoming available apartment, then how can you be expected to competently manage the said property.
My apartment was great when I moved in.. Now that it is hot my electric bill was 80.00 dollars and now its 300.00...and the maintenance man said my unit was to small for my place...I'm a disabled veteran and I can't afford such an increase.I have a wife two step kids and two bio kids who live 5 hours and would like to see them. Rent paid would give me that freedom. I do recommend this place just check your previous renters gas and light to make sure you don't get put in a situation like mine.. The military takes care of you when you're in..but the world does not and do not care that you fought for they're freedom.. HT2 (SW)
