We are a quiet gated community, near Rockhurst, UMKC, The Plaza, Midtown, KU Med, downtown Kansas City. We are close to all major highways, dining, shopping, museums, entertainment and nightlife. There are bus stops within walking distance. Granite counter tops, crown molding, new black appliances, new carpet, flooring, breakfast bar. We offer free parking, with security gates, for our residents and their guests. Fitness center, community room and pergola, with picnic table, BBQ grills and outside kitchen, under construction. Ask about our student special!
