I've been a resident for two weeks, and so far I'm enjoying my space and the responsiveness of the staff. My oven stopped working the first time I tried to use it, after I'd already prepared my meal, which was an inconvenience that couldn't be resolved until the next day. Other than that, I've had a great experince.

I have honestly had a great time living at the block yard! The only thing that keeps me from giving the full five star is the fact that there is no visitor parking and getting deliveries when the office is closed can be inconvenient and difficult considering I tend to order delivery because I have joint pain and struggle bringing stuff up the stairs by myself. Otherwise most of the front office staff haven been super nice and accomodating, the unit itself has not given me any issues whatsoever and the building is beautiful!

My partner and I just moved here from Boston. We were down over the summer for a week, and loved it so much, we moved here two months later. What attracted us to this community first, was the fitness center. We are both avid "CrossFitters", and this place has just about everything we need. The location is also amazing, with the Metro just a block away, and many trails to bike and walk. Lot of really good food options are just blocks away too! Highly recommend this location to anyone.

We have been at the Blockyard for almost a month and so far we love it! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the few small maintenance tickets we’ve filed have been addressed and taken care of in less than 24 hours. The amenities are great and well kept. Plus, we’ve met some incredible friends who luckily live here too! The majority of residents seem to be young professionals and a few families. The general vibe is respectful and relatively quite given how large of a building the Blockyard is. Hoping the trend continues as more people begin to move in!

The move in here has been so easy. Every member of the staff from maintenance to the leasing office have been helpful. I had a couple minor tweaks that happen with moving in I put in a request at 8 pm at night and it was repaired by 9 am the next morning! Loving the remote work room set up that is available to residents its a nice break to get out of the apartment.
