As my boyfriend and I have only lived in the community for a little over two weeks, our experience with the Beverly has been amazing and impressive. All the staff that I have dealt with, have been very polite and professional. I also love how quick the maintenance team takes care of the request after a request has been noted.

Don’t plan to move in on the day you get your keys. I’m my experience I arrived with multiple issues including my fridge not running, my patio door broken and the place being filthy. I expected the place to not be cleaned well but I didn’t expect it to not be cleaned at all.

The Beverley at Denton made our application process so easy! Shawanna was so friendly during our tour and gave us all the information needed. We applied right away and she was there to help us through every step. When we moved in the apartment was super clean and ready to go. Our maintenance requests are fixed right away. Great location. They have a pool and a clubhouse that is open during the day and a gym. Nice apartments. They do make you pay $30 per month for trash pickup whether you use it or not but apart from that it is good.

Truly a resort feel to this apt community. Walking trail is nice and always see people walking around. Beautiful pool that is very well maintained. The Beverley is always providing community activities that are fun for the whole family to be a part of.
