Located in the middle of the town of Islip, Central Islip is a metro area with a large population of about 35,000 residents. One of its most appealing aspects is the array of transportation options. Residents have connections to neighboring villages and far destinations from their apartments via the Long Island Expressway. The village has some of the most bus routes in Suffolk County that pass through the village and Central Islip has its own train station.

Property Ratings at The Belmont at Eastview
All the staff have been very professional and attentive. I really enjoyed the walking paths and the well manicured landscape. I like that the architecture has been maintained and is not a cookie cutter development. If my situation was different, I would love to stay longer but it can be tough economically. I also like that the Internet is included because it takes the stress out. I like seeing the pets and it's very nice how they even have a pet grooming room. They seem to do interesting things here and I wish I could stay.
This is a community to fall in love with, from the beginning the leasing office is staffed with true professionals making you feel welcome .. They have something for everyone from studios to 2 bedrooms that are beautiful and new. The complex is also very dog friendly with plenty of trails and dog runs to enjoy. I moved here from a house and was a bit nervous on what to expect but the vibe of the Belmont will not disappoint. Everyone has been very friendly. This summer they had also opened the new club house featuring a beautiful pool and more. Don’t pass this place up.
We moved in about 3 months ago and are loving it here. The Leasing & Maintenance staff are very friendly and have always answered all our questions/requests. The pool and clubhouse are so beautiful as are the grounds. We walk every night throughout the development and love seeing all the dogs here. They even do a farmers market every other Wednesday.
The quality of life here is not worth the rent. The walls are PAPER thin, there are bugs, and the security is fake. Additionally, they’ve installed the least economic HVAC systems so you’ll pay an additional $100 a month to heat / cool your tiny apartment. Also, don’t be fooled by the pictures online because the place is an eye sore. In my most honest opinion, this is a horrible and cheap development.

From the very start it was a super easy application process. I have to say I think it’s the easiest from any other apartment I’ve applied to. Kami is super helpful along the entire process and honestly even being a resident. The place is extremely secure with security 24/7 , cameras, gates around the property, and a super that is on call if you have an emergency. They have so many layouts to choose from so honestly there is something for everyone. Residents wise there is a diverse amount of people. Young & older. And most importantly seeing families around. That is something I was looking for. They have ALOT of amazing amenities being built and currently. If you’re on the fence I would just come check it out!
