Property Ratings at The Belden Stratford
This is a glamorous historic property. Unfortunately, the building was sold to an insurance conglomerate. Since then, a two bedroom apartment is now $3700 per month. We have, with regret, decided to move. They have priced themselves out of the market.
The Belden Stratford has been a great place to live and I can't imagine renting anywhere else. The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful. The building is pet friendly and the staff is beyond considerate of pets, which so hard to find in Lincoln Park. Between the staff, rooftop and gym this building has been the perfect home. They also quoted me much higher for my utility bills before signing my lease. I thought I would be paying $75-$120 more a month, but have yet to have a bill that high! I could not have made a better decision to live here.
