I have enjoyed my time here so far, the neighbors I’ve met have been very nice and friendly. All of the common areas are kept clean and the staff has always been helpful
I have lived at The Banks for about 7 months now and it’s been a great experience. The office staff are great with communication on a personal and community level. They are diligent about keeping up the complex and providing high quality service. I don’t feel like I was sold something too good to be true after having lived here now for some time and feel the quality continues to be what I signed up to pay for. Plus the grounds are beautiful and right next to the river!
Moving here was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I had to get out of my previous apartment as soon as possible due to a bad experience, and the staff here were willing to help me out. Now I'm living in a much safer, more comfortable neighborhood not too far from shopping.

We have been living here for 6+ months and there is mold all over our items. Despite contractors stating there is an HVAC issue the management team has dismissed this. Rent an apartment here if you want mold all over your items.

Well taken care of professional property, A/C has been inop for several days. While waiting on a fix, they provided portable window A/C to make it bearable. Works great in one room and makes the remaining apartment tolerable, but will see what electric bill comes to this month with that unit drawing power all day. Staff has ben courteous and professional.

The apartment is amazing! Very easy move in. Everyone who works here has been very nice. We had some trouble getting everything signed and complete, we did have trouble with people calling us back but it did not take long to resolve the issue once we spoke to the property manager!

I just love it here!! It’s quiet and everyone is so friendly. I really enjoy the environment and being surrounded by trees! It’s also centrally located and everything is easy to get to. I was able to go to the pool for the first time this weekend and it was so nice!

A Wonderful Place to Call Home! I absolutely love living at The Banks at Mt. Holly! Living in this community is like being on a constant vacation! The amenities are top-notch—seriously, it's like living at a resort. The office team? They’re superheroes! They swoop in to handle any issue faster than I can say “please fix my sink!” The resident events are a blast—who knew my neighbors could be this fun? Plus, the maintenance crew deserves a high-five—they tackle my requests so quickly I half expect them to start charging for express delivery. I have enjoyed living here for the past month. Quiet, love the pool, great walking for dogs! There are a few things that need some work- better lighting in some areas at nighttime, mulch in dog park cleaned up (I heard this was supposed to be turf which would be much better and safer for dogs), also they lied about the restaurant. Supposedly this is being used as a way to get more units leased.

The headache of being constantly subjected to loud and unruly neighbors who have no regard for shared walls, lack of consistent sleep from being awaken by noise from them , inconsiderate pet owners that can’t control their dogs and management whose blanket warning emails are ignored by the tenants who are actually breaking the rules (because they’ve figured out there are no real consequences) have made this experience unbearable from the start. One of the worst decisions I ever made was to rent here. I reluctantly chose this property over my first choice only because I was advised that a Mexican restaurant on the property was opening in August 24. Needless to say it didn’t and there has been no other mention of it. As I type this review I have literally sat and listen to the same dog barking for the last hour and 10 minutes. I get no peace here and literally count down to the day I leave it!

Regarding the Restuaraunt, as our intentions were to be able to open the restaruaunt last year, there have been many changes. The restuaraunt and dock are being taken care of above site level, but we hope to have more information to share in the coming months with the entire community. We understand your frustations, and we value your feedback. If there's anything we can do to help make the remaining months of your lease better, please don't hestiate to reach out to us directly.

Living here is great, is very private but close to main things like grocery stores, restaurants, banks, gas stations and even a park. Is very peaceful and close to the lake, amenities are good and the service and staff are always of help in a very fast manner.

Updates on the (cancelled?) access to the river as well as transparency on the efforts to make the package room work (it has improved so thank you for that) are welcome. Customer service when reaching out to management could use some improvement. Apartment's inability to take extra payments at least up to a person's monthly rent makes financial planning difficult (current limit is $300) and the service they have partnered with to offer flexible rent payments is ridiculous. Why should people have to pay extra to make payments that fit their schedule? Payments are charged monthly at 12 times a year, yet most workers in the US are paid bi-weekly 26 times a year.

We are happy to hear that you appreciate our efforts to make the package room an easier process. In terms of the canceled river access, unfortunately this is handeled above site level but we are hoping to share updates regarding the dock within the coming months to the entire community. Lastly, for online payments, we use third party systems for rent payments, or flexible payments using flex. Unfortunatrly both are out of our control since they are third party systems with their own guidelines. You are always welcomed to bring your rent payment into the office using a check, if this is an easier process for you. We value your feedback, and appreciate having you as a resident!
Quiet neighbors, great gym, pool, community center. Activities each month. Great staff available to answer questions and they are helpful with any concerns. Apartment complex is safe, well lit, no concerns for safety and police officer lives on site.

My experience has been fine I love the complex design, seclusion from everything, the dog park, and the people are friendly my only issue is people don't pick up after there dog as they should.

Fantastic community. Apartment home are very comfortable and management is proactive. The apartment layout is really nice. Plenty of parking.

I think it’s a decent place, not too many problems, other tenants are loud but the units are alright for the most part. Seems better to live here than anywhere in Charlotte.
