I absolutely love this NEW community. The entire team is not only always attentive but also friendly, making the entire living experience here delightful. The building's structure is of high quality, providing an excellent living environment. Communication with the management is consistently attentive, and the whole team is always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Lexington. It's not just a residence; it's a community where the team goes above and beyond to create a positive living experience. The Avery has truly exceeded my expectations, and I am grateful to be part of this wonderful community!
Defective windows, broken AC units for over a month, poor communication, filthy apartments upon move in, poor paint finishes, shower rod in primary bathroom falls off all the time because it is too small, scratches all over the tub...
