The Avenue Hollywood is an excellent community in which to reside. It’s kept immaculately, which is so important to live in a well cared for property. Maintenance is handled professionally, smoothly and quickly, the Management and leasing agents are thoughtful and understanding and helpful, and it’s a safe environment for our cars, and for ourselves & our belongings. Packages and mail and deliveries are safely in secured lockers, and the Front Desk, Concierge and courtesy patrol do an incredible job of keeping an eye on everything. I feel safe living here when inside the community or my apartment. The amenities are beautiful and always taken care of, and each resident is shown respect and kindness. The location is central which makes it very convenient. I’ve lived here for several years and have no complaints! I love it here. I highly recommend living at The Avenue Hollywood. The apartments are also well cared for and kept up beautifully with great views and everything works smoothly, from the washer/dryer and dishwasher to the a/c & water pressure. This is a great choice of a well managed property in which to peacefully live. If you need anything, the staff here addresses it very promptly. The Avenue Hollywood is fantastic!

Overall the building is good! Clean, safe , quite, the residents are nice and quality people. But the one big problem I had with the bathroom I was rate it away better - but sometimes bad management / manager decisions can fail the whole experience.

I have wanted to move into the Avenue for years. So glad a unit finally opened for what my needs are. Their layouts are beautiful with unique finishes. Enjoy gorgeous views while sitting in a quiet unit. The insulation is amazing I never hear anything. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the location is central to everything. I love being at the base of the hills in a newer building. I have a city and suburb feel all in one with this location.

Really like living here. Management and staff are really good. My only complaint at this point is that there is no EV charging capabilities provided. For a building with over 200 units, thats not really acceptable.

The A emu Hollywood is a great place to live. My main complaint right now is that with over 200 people unite, they have no EV charging capabilities.

Great Place, Poor Management

I love this place, the front desk people are amazing and so is the general staff, but unfortunately the management has become an issue with their handling of certain important aspects of living and general deceit. My wife and I are now looking for a different place to live because of how we are being treated as residents. The first issue was deceit when we moved in. We were never told that the building would be under construction before we moved in and 3 days after we moved in they began heavy construction for months! It was incredibly loud and they kept saying it would be done "next week" for months. The whole thing was managed poorly and to not tell new residents about it before signing the lease feels very deceitful. NOTE FOR POSSIBLE NEW RESIDENTS: They are planning A LOT more construction. Next, they recently towed my car out of our private garage without warning - just completely gone. We pay a lot to live here and want to feel safe. Knowing that the management is fine to tow cars of RESIDENTS when they have all of our plates on file with NO WARNING is completely unexceptable. I'm now missing meetings and work to deal with this problem they created. The tow company also damaged the chassis of my car, so I had to actually take it from the tow station to the dealership. If my car is parked somewhere that's an issue, you have all my info and I'm right upstairs. Just let me know! Instead you wanted to send a "message" it seems. I should not be treated the same as a non-resident in our parking garage. If a plate doesn't pop up as a resident, tow the car, OR if a formal warning has been given to a resident (and the warning has been received) then tow the car! I had been traveling for 3 weeks, came back, fell asleep early due to time change, and wasn't parked for more than 5 hours before my car was towed. No warning to me! It's a shame the management has gone this low. Truly sad. I hope someone sees this, so appropriate change can be made. This is NOT how you run a successful business and is totally unnecessary.

Big rent rent price that doesnt justify all the below: When I moved in there was no lighting provided in my bedroom, even though the switches are there. How is that possible? How can you have a tenant move in to a brand new unit with no bedroom lighting whatsover? My balcony continuously gets being trashed by my upstairs neighbor and Ive already submitted three complaints. Nothing has changed and theres now rotten food in my balcony. Theres a big trash can right below my balcony which attracts a lot of flies that end up entering my unit when I open the windows.
