The Audubon New Haven

Pretty happy overall. There have been some smaller hickups related to amenities and services, but for the most part everything is working the way I'd hope and expect. Nice neighborhood, nice people, and I really like our kitchen.

We just moved in and are very happy! The amazing amenities exceeded our expectations! My husband and I love the events that the staff put on every month! The staff are friendly and responsive. The area is very walkable and I always have felt safe walking around.

all is good, but my delivery got stolen 2 times, and I would really appreciate if we can have a dedicated place in phase 3 for delivery drop-off, the double door in phase 2 would be good. also, shipping package dropoff is also quite chaotic, I have to find my own package amongst package for all building(I know it is categorized in floors, but they dont tend to stick to the rules )

Excellent! All staff here are friendly and helpful. However, I still have a small suggestion about the package-receiving system. Sometimes I find it very difficult to locate my package. I hope the whole procedure can be improved.

Made apt to tour two weeks in advance. Got half dozen reminders, including day before and day of… confirmed… Show up 10 mins early, no one there. Call via intercom, no answer. Tenant lets us in , we see an agent with other tour, but no acknowledgment. Third time we’re acknowledged and when we inform we’re there for confirmed tour apt…. Sorry, didn’t know you had an apt. Currently with someone else, can you come back another time! Nope, toured 360 State, went well. No need to waste our time… if you have so little respect before we even move in I can’t imagine how little you’ll have once you already have our money. And to be clear, we are well beyond qualified and we’re interested in the biggest units with largest outdoor space.

If I could have copy and pasted the Audubon and its team in the new state where I just moved to, I would in a heartbeat. The complex itself is amazing with great build quality and awesome amenities. The staff are so awesome and friendly as well. This complex made me recommend Bozzuto properties to my friends in other areas just because they clearly know what they’re doing. 11/10 would recommend.

I recently moved and everyone was super helpful. I received answers to all my emails very quickly. I didn’t have electricity the first day and they even helped me with that!

Moving into Audubon has been a seamless and delightful experience. From the moment I stepped through the doors, the welcoming atmosphere was evident. The staff were incredibly helpful, making sure all my needs were met. The apartment itself is beautifully designed, with modern amenities and a spacious layout that immediately made me feel at home. The community areas are well-maintained and inviting, offering numerous opportunities to meet neighbors and participate in various activities. Overall, my initial impression of living at Audubon is extremely positive, and I'm excited to explore everything this wonderful community has to offer.

I really have enjoyed living at the Audubon with its great amenities and very modern apartments. I would recommend these apartments to everyone.

Billy has been very very helpful. Yesterday I didn't want to recommend anyone to the Audubon because our experience was SO BAD. But Billy helped us which was nice. We are coming back this week and hopefully, our apartment will be ready, especially since our lease started a week ago. Also, there was mold on our shower head and I am super allergic. But overall the apartment complex is nice.

The Audubon is a great place to live. The amenities are amazing. The staff is wonderful. On-site EV charging is a plus. They offer a lot of community events.

We love living at the Audubon. Great amenities (including the pool, two gyms, rooftop and game room), an awesome geographical area, and a caring staff.

Just recently moved in and the experience was amazing. Very friendly staff and leasing office. Amenities are superb - the gym was a huge reason for moving here for me. Love it so far!

Nice apartments in a great location. The staff is very friendly, the building is clean and well maintained and there are a lot of amenities available.

The Audubon is an excellent building. My children love going to the art room, and it is great for having a dog. Everywhere feels very clean and well maintained. We love the neighborhood which is very family friendly.

The maintenance service is quite nice. The staff is kind and shows their hospitality. My only concern is noise from the room above. But it is fine during most of time.

Everything was great but hope the term can be more flexible because our program is 9 months. The apartment lobby is beautiful and I love to study there or have friends me. The unit is quiet and large. I enjoy living here, my second home.

Great place to live. The management is like a family for us! We love the building, we love the management, we love our apartment and the most we love all the people we meet at our building!

Would say the best and well thought of apartment in New Haven! Best amenities to offer, community, staff, monthly activities, location and more!

Overall, I like the management team but the Audubon honestly has a lot of work to do in this living community. The trash rooms are constantly overflowing and management has done little to enforce policies to mitigate this which leaves the cleaning staff to deal with piles and piles of garbage weekly. Furthermore, sounds travels everywhere in the building as I can hear residents above me, in the hallways and around me. Even a phone buzzing can be heard from a different apartment building. Additionally, even with the gate installed in the garage, there have still been some break-ins. It really feels at times like management doesn’t really make strides to ensure an upscale living environment even though this building is definitely priced as such. I do still enjoy the resident events that are hosted though!

Super expensive place. Unreasonable charges including trash. Utility bill is surprisingly more expensive we pay 200 dollars for electricity- we don’t use that much tbh / we pay 80 max for 360 state. Don’t live here

We are very happy living at the Audubon — the complex is always clean, the amenities are nice, and the location is great. The only negative is that the pricing is a bit too expensive.

The staff at the Audobon are all fantastic and make the community a welcoming and enjoyable place to live. Jared, Imaan, Devin and Jackie are an exceptional team and demonstrate what it looks like to deliver outstanding customer service day in and day out. Their personal touches are appreciated and make a big difference to the residents! Huge shout out to the maintenance and janitorial staff also who all make a big difference in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

No complaints so far. The building is very nice and the amenities are great. The gym is great and has weights plus cardio machines. The pool is lovely. The apartments are nice and having in-unit laundry is the best perk. Note you will have to pay for water, sewage, and trash pickup.

Beautifully updated apartment in a great area of New Haven. This place has everything from Pool to game room-movie room-roof top - 2 gyms and much more

The leasing and manage team are great. I love living here. The public area is so good, clean and quiet silence. my neighbors are nice, anyway, good experience

Going on 6 months, I love it here so much. Front desk is amazing, so sweet, so welcoming, they acknowledge my daughter by name, all the great events I’m so thankful, what a great choice!

Resident Experience has been great so far moved in last weekend very nice facilities members of the community are quite friendly noticed a "can do" mindset from the staff

There is a service collecting recyclable items, and it is useful. The amenities are attractive. I often use it for studying, video meeting, and enjoy TV games with my friends.

We love to live here. It is our home and we feel the community became our new family. The amenities are amazing, but the best is the very friendly environment and people around.

There are many parts I love: Great location and very cozy vibe; the room style, the lobby, and the pool; Super responsive and helpful staff plus very efficient maintenance; Lovely community; Very pet friendly. The only drawback is the windows are not soundproofed well enough. But comparing to my other experiences, still believe this is the best apartment in nh!

Overall I love the management team and the programming here. The amenities are also really nice to have. The quality of the construction of the building leaves something to be desired though which is unfortunate. You can hear everything next to you and above you because the walls are so thin. Additionally the trash compactor in the trash room is constantly getting jammed which can be heard if you live anywhere near that room.

The community is always spotless and the staff is beyond helpful. My townhouse is absolutely beautiful with beautiful finishes. The amenities makes it feel like you are living in a hotel.

Love the amenities, neighbors, and staff. Close to the action of downtown New Haven, without being too loud or unruly. A great place to live.

Living at this apartment complex has been an incredibly positive experience. The amenities are top-notch; the fitness center is well-equipped, the pool area is a dream during summer, and the community areas are always clean and inviting. We've found the management staff to be responsive and attentive to residents' needs. Any maintenance requests we've had were handled promptly and professionally.

Overall the Audubon is by far the best apartment complex for Graduate Students at Yale to rent from. The amenities are truly perfect, the staff that work here go above and beyond to help residents in any way shape or form, and the community is extremely strong and considerate. There of course is a large value in the fact that the apartment does 4-6 events a month to make the community that much better.

We’ve enjoyed our stay in the Audubon. It’s in a convenient location to get downtown, to East Rock, and around Yale’s campus. We have a dog and have found the community at the Audubon extremely pet friendly. We’ve also loved the kitchen. It took us awhile to get used to the noise in the neighborhood. We rarely hear neighbors, but our unit was near El Segundo. The music and trivia are extremely loud at night, especially in the warmer months. Continued building projects are also quite noisy in the morning and throughout the day.

Great staff. Always helpful and cheerful Good activities for the community. Upkeep on buildings and grounds is great maintenance staff is on top of annual security checks. Only problem is lack of security in garage but that is not Audubon problem. Lax parking needs to work on that

Love living at the Audubon! The apartment is great and the amenities are a bonus! Members of the staff are very friendly and genuinely care about your well-being living here.

I really love living here - the staff is all very friendly and helpful, and overall, I love the building and its location. I just wish there was a better system for after hours, when there is nobody at the desk. We have to go downstairs to let in guests (or deliveries) and also? Our hand carts are constantly going missing (especially on the weekends) due to selfish residents who don't return them. If we have a lot to unload after a weekend trip, or grocery shopping? It can often be a real inconvenience and a challenge. There must be a better way.

Amentities and quality of apartment are on the level of a up-scale hotel. Townhouses are especially nice an spacious with high ceilings. It is a wonderful way to treat yourself.

A week in and amazing! I’m looking forward to the next 15 months and the summer by the pool!! Everything is always so clean! Devon Imán Jared we’re all so kind and helpful with love in. Maintenance was here right away to help with service requests.

After four months at the Audubon, my experience has been very positive. The staff is pleasant and helpful, the amenities and services are top notch and my neighbors are friendly and quiet. It is a great place to live!

Great place to live. I've been here for three years now and have seen a lot of changes. But the thing that remains the same is how wonderful the staff is and what a great place it is to live.
