Known locally as “Old City,” Center City East comprises some of Philadelphia's oldest buildings, dating back to colonial times. As you might expect, it’s an extremely popular tourist destination, but the vintage buildings are home to exquisite restaurants and a thriving nightlife scene that locals can’t get enough of. Philadelphia’s Chinatown takes up a significant portion of the neighborhood, injecting international flair into the all-American landscape. The tight layout gives many residents the option of walking to work, the grocery store, or out to eat, while PATCO and SEPTA service provide several convenient options for getting around the city.

Property Ratings at The Atlantic
Avoid! Many issues and unresponsive building management. Had to deal with smelling marijuana inside my apartment for over a month, now dealing with a broken AC for over two weeks getting up to almost 90 in my apartment. The worst part is management isn’t on top of fixing it, I’m constantly having to reach out and complain again, ask what is being done, etc. Finally, there is no building security, people who don’t live in the building are constantly on the roof. Pay way too much to have to deal with all of this.
I made the move to Philly a few years ago and been bouncing around from neighborhood and apartments during that time. Once I toured the Atlantic I knew this is where I wanted to be. This place sets the bar in Philly and really distinguishes themselves from the apartment design and the amenities offered, not to mention the perfect downtown location. I absolutely love it here!
