Great unit! The community is really quiet. Easy access to gym, club house and pool. Office staff is very nice and accommodating. My move in process was very easy and they kept in touch all the way through the process

Absolutely love living here. I just met the new manager Danielle in the office and she is so pleasant and friendly. Such a welcoming atmosphere when you walk in. I don’t really need much but it’s still nice to know I can come in and talk if needed. Definitely recommend aster to anyone I know.

My credit check and background check is always excellent. But still my application was conditional approved for invalid reason - because my SSN was created after 2011, and this reason doesn't make sense. I lived in USA since 2016 and lived in 4 different states, and my applications were always standard approved. Due to which my Rhino premium shot up, and I opted for hefty security deposit. However the apartment and amenities are great.

I’ve had such a great experience at The Aster so far! Danielle, the new property manager, is amazing — super friendly and really on top of things. Jared, the leasing agent, made the move-in process a breeze and was so helpful with all my questions. The community is clean, quiet, and feels really safe. Everyone has been great and very kind. Anytime I’ve had an issue the staff addresses it right away. My neighbors are kinda and accommodating and the neighborhood is kept very clean.

Going on year two and it’s been pleasant. That said, I’ve noticed upkeep has gone down in quality a bit. Front door walkways/hallways are pretty dirty. Seems like the gates always broken. New neighbors seem to have gone down in quality also. Starting to have to pick up after people’s dogs and deal with folks smoking. It wasn’t always like this. Hopefully they work on this. It would be sad it they let it get out of hand. Don’t let that dissuade anything it isn’t a complete mess- just compared to what it was before it’s definitely gone down in quality.

This place has been so so good! Communication between staff and residents is so easy & never complicated! Whenever I put maintenance requests in they are always so quick to respond and get that resolved as soon as possible! As a family we really like the clean, green and friendly environment of the community. I really enjoy seeing pets and their owners strolling around, even though I don't have one yet. I like living here, but I think we need poo prints or something because there is dog poop everywhere around our building. People keep letting their dogs poop in front of our apartment and do not pick it up. It’s frustrating.

As I have said before I just love my apartment and you all help to keep me feeling that way for over a year now!! When problems come up here you all are on it quickly and that’s a bonus! You warn us when weather is a problem and that too is a bonus! You have get togethers for us that are always fun and good. Food which is another bonus. The flowers everywhere make it a joy to drive into our apartment complex which of course is another bonus. I don’t care what you do but do NOT rent here. You will struggle finding parking spots since the new management implemented a paid reserved spot system. Nearly every night after 6pm, I have struggled to get a parking spot near my building despite that the reserved parking spots will be empty. Despite many noise complaints, the management has failed to address my concerns of my neighbors consistently being loud especially during quiet hours. Residents allow their dogs to poop everywhere including the sidewalk and the parking lot.

I absolutely loved my tour at The Aster! Being from Charleston, I have pretty high standards, and this place definitely impressed me. Overall it’s been pleasant. Unfortunately people don’t always pick up after their pets. Otherwise it’s not bad. I haven’t had any real issues yet.

Great apartment :) Gym is great, apartments are clean and people seem to take pride where they live. Of course there are some things that every apartment I have lived can improve on, like the residents picking up their dogs poop, but literally every apartment I have lived in has that issue and there is only so much the staff can do!

We just moved in this week. The staff has been great in addressing anything we've needed. Loving the amenities thus far! The one star downgrade is because our unit was dirty at move in and had several spiders - dead and alive.

Staff helpful during application process. Apartment even better in person. Clean hallways, amenities, right off main road. Live right in front of train tracks so there is some noise but so far only heard during the day.

LOVE living at The Aster! The Leasing Team and Maintenance staff are super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and very quick to address any issues which may arise. The apartments are very modern and luxurious. I love all the amenities especially the pool, and my dogs love the large grassy dog park. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!

I have lived in 4 different states and here is my new home . I love living here. The community is great, the apartments is so nice and comfortable.

Quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly. The amenities are amazing including the dog park, car wash, and hammock and fire pit area. The pool house and pool are awesome!

Clean community and close to the city center. Staffs are responsive. They could organize more community events, it would be fun to get to know the neighbors

Nice neat comfortable place to stay. The front office are very nice ladies that do t mind helping. The property looks good and the people stay around me are nice people

Great place just questionable management. They are money hungry but I love all the people I have met through living here. When we go to the pool we meet new people nearly every time!

Nice place to live. Mostly quiet apartments clubhouse is nice wish they kept the air on in the gym. Pool is super nice. Maintenance keeps everything clean overall a nice place to live
