NOISY
The complex is not a bad place to live. The only down fall is the rental office is extremely passive regarding noisy neighbors. When requesting someone speak with individuals regarding the extreme noise, you are basically told to suck it up or call the police. Bad management in this regards. Never live in a place with no rental rules regarding being respectful to neighbors. Kids running around all times of the day due to what seems to be a daycare being ran. Yet nothing being done

AWESOME
I love the community and the amenities that they offer! The location is awesome for people who need to commute to either Manassas or Fredericksburg. The office staff is wonderful and has always been available when I needed help.

I have a lot of health issues. Staff has been very accommodating to me. They may not answer phone but have open door all the time. Very happy

Great Apartment Community
The office staff helped me tremendously by following through with my application. I was able to get moved in to my new home one week after applying. The apartment is wonderful with all brand new appliances.

Please save yourself the trouble
Great place to go if you want to be completely ignored. You will never ever get anyone to answer the phone. And on the random chance you might, they’ll always say “the person that handles that isn’t in right now, we’ll call you back” and you will never hear anything. If you are looking for immediate housing, please just run away from the aspens because they will just give you the run around. Not to mention, if we ever ask the staff questions, we will get a completely different answer from each employee and the answers are never right. They’re kind of useless and no one seems to understand the job.

Current Property Management
The Rent keeps rising and the amenities keep shrinking. The Pool used to open on Memorial day with patio furniture. Maintenance issues used to be resolved in a timely manner, with a courtesy call to the tenant. When you call to complain they immediately reply with negligence and ignorance, "Sorry it was a miscommunication error". The property managers are reluctant to respond to any complaint. It is hard to trust and have confidence in the current management with poor maintenance which is lowering the standards of this property.

the Aspens has a great atmosphere, the staff are very responsive, maintenance is very fast and efficient. I have lived here for two years and have no complaints
