My biggest issue is with Maintenence closing my requests without addressing the issues and theres limited parking for guests. The amenities are fine and the staff is kind. The have free coffee and cakes in the lobby so that's a nice touch too.

So far is actually okay!! I had problems with my washer and dryer and the maintenance seen me frustrated and helped, also the only problem I could say would be trash I feel like a bigger trash area would be great

First week in and it has been smooth love my space and the environment hasn’t been bad, not to bad at all ppl are nice and cordial front desk does good and the dogs aren’t bad not a lot of accidents in the halls etc

The noise is a bit much being I was told the walls were concrete and there wouldnt be much noise. Also the parking situation is weird because I was told I would be charged by the Ascher and that wasnt true either. Besides that- awesome apartment.

Could be better. The apartment has done lots of renovations but until management gets better, this place will never be 100%. Each day I ask myself why I signed this lease even after looking at the bad reviews. Stay away from here!

The best thing about this place is the area I initially had a lot of issues moving in. Bugs in my fridge they came to try to clean and fix it after I said it need to be replaced. Then it went out and all my food went bad after I noticed the stuff in my freezer wasn’t freezing. Then they gave me a new refrigerator. My blinds have been dirty and raggedy since I moved in this place was not thoroughly cleaned upon move in. The cabinet drawer is broken I noticed a shelf missing they brought me one. Every issue I had I have to say something when these are things that should’ve been inspected prior to me moving in. The best thing about this place is the price and location but I will not stay if I have to pay more.

I love it here 2nd time around but my maintenance issues are never resolved though but other than that this is my happy place! I would definitely recommend if you can stomach a little dog smell and the less fortunate always sleeping by the door or on the garage

I am concerned about my packages. I've had a few packages that were lost. The aparment kitchen and floors are dated. I feel like painting the cabinets white or gray and getting new lighter floors in the apartments would make the apartments look so much better.

My roommate and I had an extremely difficult move in experience. Largely due to our leasing agent giving us ample amounts of misinformation, as well as neglecting to give or failing to know critical information. It’s impossible to get a timely response to emailed questions or requests, but the office staff is very helpful if you go in person. Everyone else in the community, besides our leasing agent, has been helpful and very kind, so thankfully that has helped save it! The facility itself is beautiful, safe, and well kept in my opinion.

Hoping new management comes in and fixes everything the last manager ruined. The property went downhill while Molly was manager. The place needs renovations bad.

The gym has been closed for a month because the floors are being redone but they haven’t started on it. However we are still required to pay for amenities. They do not response back to emails. Lobby floors need to be redone. Dog’s poop are not being picked up or not being In the designated spots. Elevators are nasty but it’s because of the residence. They get an extra star because all elevators are working. Hopefully it will last.

Amenities have been close due to renovations since I moved in. Overall experience has been good but that has been a big negative for me. I don't see a lot of the other issues people mentioned.
It was a very easy process during the application and getting everything set up. I enjoyed working with Greystar, and they were very easy to communicate with.

The management does not care about you or anything, and would rather let you die (literally) before addressing any serious issues. They are rude and unresponsive, and you will undoubted develop illnesses caused by the prevalent secondhand smoke created by your neighbors (despite the building being allegedly "smoke-free" which residents must sign a contract abiding by the smoke free policy in the lease agreement). Believe the negative reviews, they are all correct. Please note: many of the recent positive reviews on here are all from the same day?? And have the similar language? That seems fishy in itself, as if the company is trying to pad its tarnished reputation. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere that is *actually* safe, clean, and healthy before you get trapped here.

My experience has been good from the staff in the leasing office to the concierge service. However, there are a couple of damaged items in my apartment when I moved in and I was told that it wouldn’t be replaced if it’s just cosmetic - that’s disappointing as I wasn’t the one who damaged any of these items!

I was so glad to get the keys, I did not know to ask about things. A quick orientation with how to use the key fob on the apartment door, getting a mailbox number, when I could use the loading dock to move things in and introduction to the coffee station would have been a nice touch. However, most of the move was great, espectially the gentlemen that worked the desk while I was moving my things in; they were kind and very helpful with the doors. Having the carts was good, but could have been great if they all had good tires on them. It took longer to move things because it was sooooo hard to push the ones with flat wheels! My daughter and I took a tour upstairs and really look forward to enjoying some family time up there as well as the park area!! My apartment, a studio, is wonderul!! Lots of room, a great view and QUIET! Love it!! Despite its a studio, its big enough to have sleepovers with my grandbabies and people over for dinner!!

The management company isn't the best. I do not know where to begin. For starters, this was originally SkyHouse but randomly renamed as The Ascher this summer of 2024. They do not keep the "Sky Park" above the parking garage clean at all. The fire pits up there don't work, people have complained about their dogs catching fleas and it smells really bad. There have been homeless people who make their way up there overnight and the cameras aren't fully functioning. Also, the automatic switch at the front door breaks down regularly. Maintenance requests take a week to get answered and we're too window blinds are on 'back order' for months now. This building is not kept up regularly. I pay a lot of money to live here and it doesn't feel like luxury living aside from my actual apartment and view. It's not worth the cost. Also you risk getting stuck in the elevator or 2 out of 3 being broken down on the weekend. I live in the South tower, btw and this is the "preferred" building.

Maintenance has not been timely. At least one elevator has been out of service for the majority of my time here. Garbage shoot is blocked almost once a week. Fridge is positioned where you can barely open the freezer door. Outside amenities are nice, location is good. Overall condition and layout of apartment is nice. Priced higher than the rest of the area.

My experience has been really good. I don’t know my neighbors but I don’t hear them. Which is good to me. My only thing I don’t like is that someone keeps put their trash at the trash shoot door but want put their trash down . I don’t get that, other than that I’m good if I need anything maintenance comes in a hurry. Again I’m happy with my surroundings.
